Dear Sir, I recieved after a contact with Petrolis recruttement an offer letter as follow from PETRONAS. Is this true or cheating ?

I have reacived the online appoinment offer latter job ref # MAL.05.2012.LOGC for SCHEDULER for malaysia.Company name PATRONAS. I went through co-ordination, they send me grandlotus traveling agency contact for visa processing for entry permit. And demand for 900 US Dollar for that to be settle. Please guide me to know the all this are correct or cheating to innocent.

I received offer without interview
I have received an offer from Petronas Oil Company malaysia without any interview or call. Just a few exchange of mails. Please let me know if this is real offer or not

My car (MYVY 1.3EZi AUTO), bought on 2/3/10 but it had been TOWED TWICED (8/7/10 & 1/9/10 ) !
