I am Resident of Woods Ville Phase 2 = Pharande Spaces Moshi.
The Builder is not able to provide the amenities nor able to provide the actual plan of amenities.
when we see ( even today ) the website of woods ville: www.woodsville.in it shows following amenities:
School, Health Care, Shopping Arcades, Sports Complex, Club, Swimming Pool, Gym and Games Courts. Spread over 40 acres, Woodsville has...

Pharande Spaces. Has opened the new construction name of Woods Ville about 3.5 yers back. Per agreement he was suppose to complete Mar-2012 inspite of 1 full year delay he has not complete 75% work but he has collected maximum 95% amount from all the flat purchasers.
Because of looking good all the window grills are installed internally and there is good enough threat for having good safety.
