I am the mediclaim policy holder in this company but the shut down their office and cheated us with the modiclaim money I lost 24000 rupees

Myself Ganpatbhai Parmer and I am here to inform you i have paid monthly membership of may Mediclaim policy in this PHENOMENAL HEALTH CARE (GUJARAT)Pvt.Ltd company this company is Cheating with me and many member with cheating this company. My total Rs.9000 lost. Pl, Sir help me how to refund may money this Company.
