There is non payment of a matured policy started since 2008....

I have purchased the subject policy on 31-Jun-2010. I have paid all the premiums. The policy was matured on 30-Jan-2019, but until now the payment is not made. The address of the co. as follows:

We have taken health insurance policy in 2006 and regularly paid all 20 premiums of 350 Rs. on time. Total we paid 7000 Rs. and as per policy after completion of 9 yrs we will be getting the double amount I. e. 14000. But we didn't get any amount till now. As per policy double amount should have been disbursed, but still waiting . Requesting here to please look and help me to get money ....
