I have not got the payment for policy no.:-pga[protected], it was a medical policy which was purchased on 28/06/2008 with term period of 9 years. Though the time period has ended and as per the terms and condition of policy my amount which i should get is rs 80000. Sir so i request you to please look into the matter and give me my amount as early as possible because our financial situation is not good because my father left so humble request plz give me my amount as soon as possible plz sir

My name is ruma chanda, a pheno gold member with a membership no gma[protected]. Membership is expired on 24.04.2018 and now they are not reachable so that i am not getting my mature amount back.
I also tried to open their website, i. E., given on the membership certificate, but that is showing as sold out.

I mrs, niki m shah am a member of your good company and made around 4 more members enrolling in phc ltd. I am further seeking to attain my marurity amount at earliest. Visited marol, mumbai office but courtsey to listen about the complaint too was not considered. I have reported the above matter to vapi office too but nothing has been done so far. Its embarassing for me being a women and replying clients for their matured funds. Hope at this platform i get some justice.

Sir/madam, we have took the phenomenal health care services ltd. With after 9 years the policy amount will be matured. The policy of the matured date is 24/jan/2018. Now if we ask to maturity amount at bidar office person are not given the maturity amount and stated unnecessary talk.. I kindly request you to please take the action on the phenomenal health care services ltd. And help us to get our money back immediately.

I n. Mohanan pillai, resident of vill-bakultala, andaman & nicobar island, pheno gold member (S) bearing the membership no. Pga[protected]. Date of membership -30th day of may 2006 and date of expiry of membership was on 29-dec-2015. I have followed all the terms and conditions of phcsl service plan and applied for the total membership fees with company’s contibution but i regret to say that till today i haven’t received any amount or cheque. I have spoken to the agent smti. Bepari, pradhan of our panchayat and she asked me to give a written complaint to the reputed office in mumbai. I have sent a letter with all the original certificates regarding this but no action has been taken yet. Iam very much disappointed. No one is now picking the phone at malad office and sometime says the number doesnot exist...

I also took one plan of 20, 000/- its matured on 2017 april. I surrender the original certificate at chalakudy office, they old after 3-4 months you will get cheque. Now i came to know company md run away. Now it is take over crime branch and some crime branch officer is nominated to collect complaints at chalakudy phenomenal office. Anybody is given complaint to this officer? I am staying now at gulf and unable to contact this officer. If anybody have more information please share, any email address for complaint or officer phone number please please share.

I am having 3 certificate of membership (Bonds) of above company which was taken on 10.03.2008 by paying rs. 1, 62, 500/-and these got matured on 09.03.2017 after 9 years total amounting to rs. 3, 25, 000/- (Maturity amount).
