My policy meture last year, but I can't apply.
Please help me, how claim it....

I am Vimalkumar K U regarding the complaint against Phenomenal Health Care Service Ltd membership no: GMA[protected], against the refund of maturity membership 25000/-. I am joining the membership on 22-feb-2008 and its expiry on[protected]. but till now it’s not refunded...

I am from Darjeeling. Phenomenal Health Care Private Limited Company its Head Office located in Mumbai, Maharashtra had offices in Darjeeling Judge Bazar West Bengal and in Siliguri ( West Bengal) duped many customers and looted crore of rupees closing its offices gradually and company luring customers who promised to return back after maturity..Office staffs and officers are hiding after closing the offices..I am to get Rs 40, 000 back as maturity and not received as yet..Pl guide and suggest us where to lodge complaint and how legal procedures can be taken to get back all my account..I heard that Calcutta High Court has listed out the name of customers who are likely to get back their amount..Pl mention the website or post the list positively. Has anyone got back their amount after lodging the complaint?..MNo..[protected] Is state Govt or commission taking action against these defaulted or company?

Maturity amount of Rs 40, 000 matured in 2018 has not been paid as yet because offices have been closed and officers / staffs are hiding ...

GMA[protected] type : Special economy on 20th june, 2008 for an amount of rs.7000/- . And my maturity date was19th january, 2019 and amount of rs14000/- . But still the amount not come to my address please look into the matter at an earliest please. Name of nominee : P Swaraswati (wife). The website does not respond now a days.

I have purchased the subject policy on 08-Jun-2007. I have paid all the premiums. The policy was matured on 07-Jan-2018, but until now the payment is not made. The address of the co. as follows:

Am a subscriber of phscl and my policy is due to get matured after completing its nine years term, on dated 1/5/2016. I bought this policy through their agent in kumher, distt bharatpur rajasthan named: shri. Anil solanki and mr. Vishnu sharma i deposited total amount of 75000/- in 20 installments. I paid this money in cash to the agents and also receive the receipts from them.in march 23rd, 2016 i sent my original policy to the phscl mumbai, but i still did not get any assured amount from them. I tried several times to contact the company through agents as well as the helpline contacts i also visited their office at mumbai in 2017 but found the office closed since long. Now i got no response from the agent as well as from the company. I think this company is fraud and cheated with their clients. I request you to take an appropriate legal action against this company and help me to get my money back.

Sir i am a member of phenogold membership which no. Is gma[protected] which is matured in 2016 but matured amount has not received yet. Please release my amount at the earliest. I have been its member since 2007 and i am living in much trouble. The money which i could have get must have helped me in clearing my debts. I took this policy for many reasons, my family's condition is not so good and the money i would get from this will help me in making it better

I am joint of membership(bonds) of above company which has taken 1(one) membership certificate on 23rd Jul 2008 by paying Rs.20000/- as per terms & condition and got matured on 20 Jul 2017. After 9 yrs total amounting to refund Rs.40000(maturity amount). But in spite of several reminders nothing has been refund done. No one is now picking the phone at office . After maturing the membership for more than one years not yet received the maturity...
