NON PAYMENT OF PENALTY FOR NOT OFFERING POSSESSION IN TIME

BOOKED 2BR IN MID 2006 WITH PROMISE OF STARTING CONSTRUCTION IN 3 MONTHS.WHICH STARTED 1 YEAR LATER AND IN SEP 2007 AGREEMENT WAS SIGNED IN WHICH THEY SAID 3 YEARS FOR COMPLETION BUT NOW THEY SAY ANOTHER 6 MONTH MENTIONED IN AGREEMENT WHICH IS NOT CORRECT AS THE CLAUSE IS FOR A DIFFERENT REASON OF STIKE,NATURAL CLIMITY ETC ETC. AND ARE NEITHER PAYING THE PANELTY NOR ARE RESPONDING OUR LETTER.. CAN YOU PLEASE GET IT SORTED OUT.
