Hi Team,
I have booked two connections with BP no [protected] for my first floor and second floor residence of 411-A, Ext-1, Shalimar Gardan, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad in the month of Sep 2011 and deposited total amount of Rs.12000/-. Cheques were cleared in the month of sept. 2011 and now almost 6 Month has gone but till date I am yet to hear a word from IGL regarding the connections. What should we understand that IGL is a fraud company?a connection who was installed on 4 year befor but the connection did not made with the gas stove.whom payment already befor 4 year befor,since last 3 month from 5 th june 2011 vide request no. prj[protected] ,no action has been taken till the date,every week from last 5 th june reminder was given to customer care of IGL ON TELEPHONE.no action has been taken can any body tell us to who...
