i have sent the courier on 29 th may 2010 the cover is not reached till now they have told me that cover will reach on tuesday 1 st june 2010 the courier is not reached till date. i have paid 22 rupees. they are saying that nobody in the pune office attanding the call i have called at puneoffice they are not givng reply properly...

courier was booked on 7th aug and still not delivered till date (18th aug)
i have booked courier from POONAM COURIER PVT.LTD. on 7th august and it has not been delivered yet. it had a very important documents in tht. Kindly take some strict action against him and i would be really gratful to you if you could ask them to revert back the payment they took for courier and also deliver the courier at the respective address free of cost, as a compensation....
