These are group of scammers including 3 partners as they keep changing names of business and now they have registered themselves as World Solar and scammed people in the name of Solar Installation. They target senior citizens. They have scammed my mother with 1, 65, 000 and not provided any services. We are struggling badly and I am surprised even after so many consumer complaints these people are roaming freely and not behind the bars.

mySelf Vrushali Parekh, from Bardoli, Gujarat, we are one of the victim of ""pratham consultancy, sayajigung, vadodara, gujarat"". Me and my friend Dharmesh we are from Bardoli, Gujarat. We are a hotelier and looked forward a job in abroad for future better opportunity. We got pratham consultancy contact details by mail of Rakshit Patel. After contact to them they told need to send all the documents along with resume. If my resume shortlisted then they will give me all the details like total processing fees, company terms and conditions, salary etc. After 7 day's they called me back and told me my resume shortlisted so if i want then they will continue. But to continue i need to pay total inr 90000/-, firstly 10000/- with all the documents at first, after generate file of my name through online need to pay 20000/- and the rest of amount after getting letter from labour ministry of canada. They taken 70, 000rs partially and told that they applied for our file for sinp (Saskachewan immigration nominee program) canada for job in a hotel from october 2015. During two year process they do nothing, they just fix our money in bank and after Three year when we asked strictly then told me mext mnth u will get Approval next mnth Next mnth but still no updates. Then i asked them yl cancel my process nd refund me back my money then they said we are applying your application please provide Necessary documents nd 8 lakhs to 9 lakhs bank balance certificat. Then i arranged somehow by intreast Rate of 3% per mnth. Then also no process i had to pay 48000/- for 2mnths of intreast nd wasted my time too. Till now i haven't received any single amount from those cheaters.
Now from last 1 years no contact with any of them. Before 1 year they were saying that next week will transfer money but that also didnt happen. we are really helpless. Please help to refund my money back. Please. Even i have complain to police too.

they are all chor and fraud. now i can say and beleive there is no consultancy in the who provides canada visa or service. they are all fake and looted money from innocent people. i have already have done 3 years waste of time for given money in 3 types... 1. application fees 10, 000/-
2. visa service fees- 80, 000/-
3. police clearance- 2000/-
4. medical fees applolo hospital- 6000/-
5. application sending courier charge fees- 5000/-
6. my vadodra ticket for meet them - 4000/-
7. 3 years of wasting my time with phone call- approx 100, 000/-
8. carrier chupat kerdi saalo ne dimaag kharab hai ghar me meri naak kat gayi wo alag.
NOW TOTAL approx. 2 Lakh

so, all viewer i want say that please don't trust on any consultancy in india because they looted money poor and innocent people. then gayab hamesa ke liye, so be alert and chokanna. mai bahut din se upset tha per kya fayda zindagi zini h, family ke sath. bye everyone

We are indian citizen and applied with "sunraise overseas" and second office is "pratham consultancy same onwer: situated at vadodara for an employment opportunity to canada.
The procedure for this application started in augast 2017 and all our application was approved and the consultancy asked us both to pay 90, 000 inr against the whole procedure.

In the month of augast 2017 we personally visited the consultancy and we had in a bond paper made written agreement and paid the above full mentioned amount.

The consultancy promised us the sinp approval would be completed in four months, but from the time we paid the amount and returned, under the care of the consultancy a lawyer named erik called us from canada and stated the process is going on. We were also given online user id and passwords to review our applications. But each day we kept checking there was no update.
As per the promise of the consultancy for four months we have been patiently waiting for an update and they have never given us even one call or update neither do they pick our calls when we call them. We send several messages and emails and there is no reply.

After waiting four months from the mid of aug we keep asking them for an update and after 100 calls we make finally they coolly say we are busy. Thereby few weeks back we told them we are no more interested to continue with the process and please refund our money back. They send us the withdrawal form and we filled and send them email on the 12th march 2018. Until today there is no response.

After continuously calls and pressure we gave them, they promised to make the entire payment during th 25st jun 2018 but, there are not responding on the remaining 90, 000 inr.

My name is Mujeeb Rahman, Iam from Kerala, Me and my cousin Shafeeq Chemmukkil and my friend Ashif parammal had applied for a work permit visa for Canada from PRATHAM CONSULTANCY, Kalaghoda Circle, Sayajigunj, Vadodara, Gujarat.our agreement is with Asif shaik, Rakshit Patel and Deepali Abhichandani but they are Fraudulent and cheat us for two years of time and an Amount of 90, 000 Rupees each as Processing fee we had given to them.

Regarding to this matter 2 months before Shafeeq Chemmukkil has given a complaint against them to Prime Minister Office the file number is PMOPG/E/2018/0034187 ON JANUARY 2018 .

After some days they had given the amount of 80, 000 to Shafeeq's Account
and they did not give Me and my Friend Ashif Parammal's money. while we are asking our money to them they are postponing and not yet get the money.

After contact to them they told need to send all the documents along with resume. If my resume shortlisted then they will give me all the details like total processing fees, company terms and conditions, salary etc. After 7 day's they called me back and told me my resume shortlisted so if i want then they will continue. But to continue i need to pay total inr 90000/-, firstly 10000/- with all the documents at first, after generate file of my name through online need to pay 25000/- and the rest of amount after getting letter from labour ministry of canada. They taken 90, 000rs partially and told that they applied for our file for sinp (Saskachewan immigration nominee program) canada for job in a hotel from october 2015. During two year process they do nothing, they just fix our money in bank and after two year when we asked strictly then told ok we will cancelled our process and will refund 80000/-and rest 10000/- non - refundable but they return rs 67, 000 through cheque and rs 23, 000 not refund to us because of cancellation we can get the entire amount.
After got cheque when we deposit the cheque, the cheque has bounced because they have not sufficient balance in their account so our 67, 000 rupee check bounce. Now we are really helpless. If i call nobody pick up my phone and if we call from another unknown number then they received our call after asking told us will transfer with in 3day's. After 3days when we again called them that time their phone got switched off. The same thing happened with us not only one time, happened at several times and now we are fade up and helpless. We cancelled our process almost 1 year's and suffering with it till now. Sir you are our last option who can help us to get the money refund. Please sir help us. We hope you will help us.
