Hii I am Shivaji Giri a working person in Mumbai Maharashtra. I am alone person with wife, mummy and two children who work for family. In 2012 July I booked flat in nallasopara west Palghar Maharashtra with 4 lacs deposit and 12000 per month EMI. there was scheme of 36 EMI of 12000 to pay then they will register a flat but work of building was to slow and now totally stopped. I have booked 1bhk flat in upcoming project called ***nidan empire***** but i have doubt about the builders and there work, i don't see any completed project from the builders, please let me know if you people have any good/bad experience about the builder.

Also, please let us know if you have seen their any completed projects.
