Non delivery of gas cylinder after booking

Our consumer no.658784, I booked gas cylinder last month 24th November, cylinder recd., 30th November, that time refilled cylinder given to delivery boy (that cylinder goes approximately 15 days) but we having one cylinder if we can’t take it will going too delay that’s why we taken cylinder & they said now cylinders delivering soon its not taking much time, so, this time we booked after complete of cylinder...
