Sir/madam mujhko 03.04.2019 ko call aya tha ki aap data entry ki job search kr rhe he hamare pass apke lea job h aap ghar bethe pese kama sakte he data entry karne ke liye maine yes bol diya fir unhone mere no. Se ek id banai and ek otp genrate kiya. Company ke client ne meri id & password 04.04.19 ko generate kiya gaya. Maine 5.04.19 ko login ko open kiya aur 2 form fill kar save karke logout ho gaya aur jab maine dobara login kiya to multiple login ka message a gaya. 06.04.19 ko mujhse company ne phone pr maintenance and login dobara chalu karne ke liya rupaye mange gaye mere dwara mana karne pr legal action ki dhamki dekhar phone cut kar diya gaya.

Sir/madam 02.05.19 ko mere mobile pr company ke advocate ka message aya hai ki apke khilaf legal notice bheji ja rahi hai. Please meri help kare. Main bahut hi mentally harass ho raha hu. Please help me...

Got a call from prospexa tech saying that it's 500 forms in 5 days and a payment of 11000 for that. I agreed and signed the affidavit which said i'll have to pay them some compensation. However, after working for one day my internet lapsed and while refreshing the page shut down which blocked my account. I called them several times and no one picked up or replied to my texts. I let the matter go.
Now some lawyer calls me up and says i have to pay 16000 to them else they'll take a notice to court.
When i said i need the whatsapp number for payment, he refused and only gave a qr code. He also refused to show me the notice and said he doesn't have authority for it. This seems like a complete scam. Please provide with some alternative.

Sir, I had recieved a call purpotedly from the said Co. with an assurance that on completing form filling work of 500 forms I would get an amount of Rs 15, 000/-. But to my surprise, on the very second day my account was blocked . On calling their helpline I rcvd no help. Later on someone called up & said to deposit Rs 7500/- & that my a/c would be unblocked. I clearly refused to do so on which they began to abuse me over the phone. Yesterday someone called up & said he was the lawyer of thier Co. and that I would be recieving a legal notice.Today I have rcvd a notice from Rajkot Bar Court, ADV.Mukesh M Patel, EnrollmentNo. GJ/1937/8ADAR. SH COM, NEAR RACE COURSE, NEAR AMRAPALI CROSSING, RAIYA ROAD, RAJKOT - 360001 In the notice they have asked me to pay an amount of Rs 43, 373/- else legal action would be filed against me. I have completely become frightened and even thought of comitting suicide. I am a very poor man& can hardly not affordmy food let alone such a huge amount. What do I do now? I am in a huge problem.

Please help. I am becoming very nervous.

Got a call from Prospexa tech on 25th March about a form filling job, where you’ll have to fill up 500 forms within 5 days (accuracy is 90%, means 450 forms should be correct) and per form you’ll get 30 rs. Total amount ll be 15000/- for 500 corrected forms and we’ll deduct 4000/- as registration fees and you’ll get remaining 11000/-. They provided an agreement paper (copied from internet, not genuine) and an username password to...

My name is anindita hazarika. I got a call from prospexa tech, on 05.04.2019 from mobile number - from mobile no.- [[protected]] for online form filling job.
He sent message on whatsapp for more details. He message me that you must have to submit 500 forms in 5 days time, starting 07.04.2019, and will be paid rs.15, 000/-
If interested send email id and any one document, aadhar card or voter id or driving license for registration and agreement process. I sent details and documents on 05.04.2019.
He completed registration process without my consent and permission, by simply misleading me to links sent by him on my mail id and he sent license agreement and told me to accept it and then you will get user id and password for work. I unknowingly completed all procedure and got trapped even i was not ready and sure about that.
I duly started my work from 07.04.2019, but by 08.04.2019 i realized that i won't be able to complete the work in 5 days time because of slow internet connectivity. I informed this to the agent on whatsapp as well as mailed at the support mail id.
The reply to which was non committal and non supportive. The mail id was fake as delivery to it failed.
Today, on 12.04.2019, this lawyer (Ahmedabad, as told), from mobile number - [protected]
Called me for making payments else they will file a case.
I was in complete shock as no such agreement was made and neither any guidance was provided while i was at work.

Few days ago I have got a phone call from prospexa tech, they provided me 500 forms to complete within 5 days. But 1st they said if I failed to submit 450 correct forms then I have to pay approx 5000 rupees. I have submitted all 500 forms, but they said there are so many incorrect forms, which can not be possible. Then they told me to give 8000 rupees or they will file a case against me.. After some they send me message where they are r saying that They have filed a case in gujrat high court. Advocate name is Mukesh Varde and email id is [protected]@freelancerstudios.com... I have filed an F. I. R against them in our local Police Station... But please help me to get out this situation... I am going to depression.. I am from a lower middle class family... So its impossible for me to handle this fraud situation... Please help...

I am rajat sharma from kota rajasthan. A few days ago this company named prospexa tech called me up for a part time job. They offered me a total 15000rs for 5 days and my job was to fill up 500 forms in a given time frame.I completed my work within 5 days. 5th day of my assignment when i tried to log in i got a message that you have been logged in from multiple devices and your account is blocked. when I called up the customer support they asked me to immediately pay 5000rs to reopen my account.later a layer with a fake name called me from this number [protected] up multiple times and threatens me that they will case a file against me in the gujarat court. I gave him 5000rs after 1 day he called me and said your work is not done with 90% accuracy and now you give 7000rs for rechecking your work if you not give money we will case against you in gujrat court. I have photos for prove my all work is completed by me with 100% accuracy I have also all call recording of company's employee's during working days. I have whats app chat also, he abused me in chat and threatens me that they will case a file against me in the gujarat court.

On 28th march 2019 i received a call from this company prospexa tech about data entry job. The person who called me he said his name is arjun pal. He said they provide some online task which i have to complete and they will pay rs.30 per form and they will provide 500 forms. I needed money as i am unemployed so i agreed with him. But they sent me all details like plan name username and password and also sent me a legal type joining letter but i dont know who has signed that on behalf of me because thats not my signature. After that i tried to contact the person arjun pal but didnt received my call and after few hours when i tried calling him again his number was switched off. I tried calling to the number which provided in email by them but got no response. Then i emailed them which they provided to me. But still i got no response. Even i have completed the task and taken screenshot of that page. Still they are not providing my money and sent some sms in my phone about some legal actions. I dont know what it is about. And now when i am trying to login its giving me error.
I request you to please look into the matter as i am really from a economical weaker background family and i have never done fraud with anyone.
Also request our indian govt. To please look into this type of companies so that our indian citizens can stay safely.

But sir/madam i am going through depression... Agar ye log kuch galat tarike se payse lene ki saajish kare to mai bohot problem me aa jayunga. These frauders are cheating the people by messaging them. They are asking for the person that he should have a laptop or computer and have a internet connection. If the customer says yes then these frauders send the details to them. And thereafter taking the customer id proof they send login id and password of these fraud site. So i just want to aware all near and dear friends who see my complaint that be alert and dont gave any chance to these frauders to being cheated. If you complete the work correctly and on time even they are cheating. They show the forms wrong in the result and no chance of earn any money from this site. They gave nothing to us instead of time waste.
I again ask to all the viewers to be alert of such type of frauders and hackers

Phir uske baad maine prospexa company ka naam google pe search krne lga mjhe aisi naam ki koi company nhi mili phir maine uss agent ko whatsup pe company legal hai wo proof manga but usne kch nhi diya phir maine kaha ki main kam nhi krunga phir wo paise dene ko kehne lga.
