My name is Ak shafna saleem.I am a housewife.Few months before i also received an online job from pro techno company to fill 800 forms in 7 days..Due to some problem i cldnt complete it.After that i searched about dis company and found it as fraud.Bt they continuosly called and mailed me fcr one month saying they will file a case against me and i have to a huge amount.I ignored and blocked their numbers..For few weeks i was happy when they didnt call.But today i received another mail saying to attend the court in delhi if i dnt pay 38950.What should i do?Can anyone help me?

They have given me to complete 800forms fill up /seven days which i failed to accomplish on which they charged me with 7800/- to avoid legal proceedings. Then suddenly i get a call to transact them more money or they will put this matter to court. Some council of lawyers would call me and threaten me via messages and mails. I took help of a lawyer too but one must beware of protechno and their advertisements. It's fake company.

Muje pro techno ki side se ek call receive hua jisme 800 form 7 days m complete karne ki baat ki and mujse ek agreement liya. Or agar me ye work 7 days me complete nhi karta hi to muje 4100/- rupees pay karne hoga. Mene vo work complete nhi kiya. After 7 days muje ek mail receive hua jo mayur joshi ke name se surat court gujarat ka tha.
Muje ek call[protected]aaya jisme 7550 pay karne ki bola or agr me pay nhi krta...

I received a call regarding the form filling from the protechno. I have agreed to their terms and condition. On the call, they have given only half details nothing regarding the penalty charges if we failed to do the work i. E. Rs. 7580. Now there so-called advocates which do not have any manners to talk are threatening me on the call. I have asked them to send me the notice which i don't give any importance and have asked them to not call me again as they are fraud company.

Note: they do not have the following details
1. No website only they sent an email mentioning the pro techno in the email body.
2. No proper email address.
3. Every time their email address changes.
4. No address mentioned on the agreement stamp paper.

Im swapnil wagh. I got a call from protechno company latur, they told about their work. I refused them many times but they call again and again. I told them do not call me then also they are calling, but on same day they send me the work. I mail them about but there is no reply of that mail and today after i get a mail of paying 10500 or any legal action will be taken.

No payment and threatening to ask for registration fee... On 25 october 2018 i got call from raashi patel protechno customer care and i got files from 26 onwards i completed that work within one week but qc report is failed during work time i tried to contact helpline for further clarification and no proper response was made by them before getting the work id and password from them (Protechno) they mandatedly compelled me to sign the forms and i just blindly followed their instructions in eager of getting files... Now advocate of their is compelling me to join by giv8ng registration fee of 4100 rs otherwise they will file case against me on the basis of details provided by me to them they r urging me to join by giving 4100 rs as reg fee or penalty fee as per their concern in regard with the agreement with me... Please take further proper action against them for these fraud activitites and save furthermore will not happen to anyone other than me...
