I purchased a bed and blanket set for $57.91. They took the money from my account. I recieved an email stating my order shipped on March 9th thru FedEx. I never recieved a tracking number. I tried to call the 800 number on the website and it was always busy. I emailed them in regards to a tracking number and never received a response. This is a total scam...

On April 16, 2021, at 2:39 a.m., I ordered a puffly charcoal coloured king size comforter with 2 pillows. As of today, I have not received them. My order number for this order is 8586. I believe I have unintentionally been the victim of a scam....

I ordered a doona set from Puffly on 10th April. They took my order and confirmed that it had been shipped and no product has arrived. I cannot contact them now....

I ordered 2 puffly blanks April 21st. Emailed them to see when it will be shipped, and shows email not delivered because it doesn’t exist. Tried going to their website and says it can’t be found. Just want my money back....

My mother and I ordered 3 of these “cloud” blankets and 1 set of pillows. It has been 20 days and no communication. I have emailed the info link 5 times and the direct “contact us” link on the website 3 times. No response. I did a search and found the company maybe fraudulent. Is there any way to get out money back?

Took money for my order and never sent me the item. The tracking # I was given is invalid. The company does not respond to any attempts to message them (email or Facebook), no phone number to be found anywhere....
