Dear Sir / Madam
This consignment was hand over to FFCL in Banglore on 30.03.12 and as per normal delivery this was should be delivered on 2nd April , but not delivered .
In Last three month their was 4 consignment late delivered , should we understand that FFCL’s services is going down .

One Courier packet in goodpacking has been delivered from Samakhyali ( Ghandidham ) to Aurangabad ( Vedant nagar ) ( MS ) , but at delivey time it was supplied to in totaly damged condition . Delivery Man Mr Swapnil was also asked about that matter , the he started shouting at my wife , totaly misbeahved .
Every time we are facing the same problem.
