Fraud company and fake product
My name is imranuddin shaikh i have ordered this serum thinking it is an imported serum from us as the call that you will get is from us. Mrp written on the bottle is rs 4400 and they are selling it for rs 1675. These guys are fraud and the product is manufactured in simla how ever you will get call from a us number to fool you...[protected]...

I had ordered radyance skin brightening serum on 15/07/2016 order #DDFSB2FJ52, it didn't work on my skin. I sent them a mail to take take back the product and refund asap.

There is no response from them since then. It had been already 10 days. On their website it was mentioned that they would revert in 2 days

Will have to take strict action against them, it seems to b fake.

Can anyone please help...

I ordered for radyance skin brightning complex.. The actual product on the website shows a white bottle with a transparent cap.. What i received in reality is a dirty cheap black bottle with something filled in it.. I want a refund immediately... Im surprised how the company plans to get away with such a big fraud.. I have order this product radyance brightening complex. But my bottle receive black colur so please replace my bottle and send me original bottel white or gray original. This is not a good thing how you play and doing misbehave with someone money. Sir

I have ordered this product and have unknowingly paid the courier service. However they have also confirmed by mail that they do not have any branch in India and the product is not indian and have supplied the product manufactured by Delhi company. One of our friend was mentioning about shimla product. It was black bottle instead of white shown on their website....

They are selling the Radyance whitening serum bottle as trial pack saying that if you are not satisfied with the product your money will be returned. But there is no feedback receiving forum from the company side and no details of customer care. The number displayed for contact is a fake. No response is being received when sending email to the [protected]@radyance .com...

This is totaly a fake company and there product is also fake. They are advertising that you can buy the cream priced 4400/-INR for INR 1692. and you will get fair within a week. once you order the product you will get another message in the night that this product alone will not give the desire result you need to buy another cream which is already ordered by them self these bastrud order on their own and send the product to pay on delivery...

Too tempted to try out the product i ordered it when i got the mail that it was being sold at 80% discount! Anything cheap on internet is a trap! I got the product like some lame black glass bottle, i attached the picture!! Wierd low quality printing on it! They dont even know how to fake it! They would respond instantly before i ordered the product and now when i am complaining about it no response at all! All this cheat money will be like...

Thanks a lot, all of you dears. I am safe here. I have placed a request but i did not talk with delhivery boy. The boy called me many times.
And i want to tell you all that indian govt knows it very well.
And specially police knows it.
Monthly bribe is given to police of hp by this fraud radyance company.
If you want to do complaint, do complaint to cyber crime and cbi.
I hope this types of company will...

I didn't order for d Radyance elixir day cream n Dis company has messaged me dat I hav ordered d product n it is on its way to b delivered. How can d company place an order without my knowledge.. n also d product which I ordered was radyance skin brightening complex which turned out to b a fake product.. The one on their website n d product dat I recieved was a totalli different one.. N even d ingredients dey mentioned on d website n d ingredients...

I ordered this product on Feb 2016 as radyance skin brightening serum, after using this product i din't get any result infact my skin got dark & very oily, as radyance team said just use it for a month and if you don't get any result we will refund your money i.e 100% money back guarantee, pls see to the matter asap.And i mailed the support team quite many times, but no response.This is totally a fake product.

The product did no good to my skin but made it look more oily. I need my refund. I should have read the feed back before getting this fake product. Can consumers forum do something? Can someone really work for us. I also see that there are so many who are i queue to get a refund. OMG I am so worried for my money now.

I really wish this forum help and gets some resolution to me issue.

I ordered radyance skin brightening serum online from slim health store but the company has sent fake product in a very different packaging not seal pack not at all like shown in the online picture. They also use bollywood actors pictures to draw customers which is wrong. I want my money rs1692 back or original product. I had ordered serum but i got complex instead that too in fake packing. My skin became dark with rashes...

Total waste of time and money it's a fake product. I ordered a redyance skin brightening serum and got this bogus product can't even replace bocz of fake address . I wish may God punish them for there fake work very soon. ......
