Raheja sulphur issued priviate placement of equity shares. I had been allotted 500 shares for rs. 5000/- on 31 march 1992. Folio no k233 certificate no 1350 distinctive no 358201 to 358700. Why the company not returning money nor allotting shares, company is not at all have any contact with me nor i am able to contact as no telephone no available. I hope with this complaint the company will repay me the money. My address changed flat no b-1/304,...

One well known group "Raheja" had promoted a company named " Raheja Sulphur Ltd." situated at Ankleshwar in Gujarat. Thay had Alloted Private Placement Equity share of Rs.10/- each for cash at par. But Till date not Issue Public offer.

One well known group "Raheja" had promoted a company named " Raheja Sulphur Ltd." situated at Ankleshwar in Gujarat. They had circulated share application forms to allot promoter quota shares. Money were collected by this way and then after not any activity done or refunded to me. I was one of investor and my Rs.1000/- was lost. What Government / SEBI or any responsible organization is doing in public interest ?
