I have 300*3=900 shares of Ready Foods. These shares have been fully paid by me. But after receiving the share certificate, i have not received any further communication from the company and it appears that the promoters have made a fraud and disappeared. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and help me in securing my interests. Thanks

I HAD APPLIED FOR 100 SHARES OF THE ABOVE COMPANY AND THE SAME WERE ALLOTTED TO ME ON 26.05.1993 . THESE SHARES HAVE BEEN FULLY PAID BY ME. BUT AFTER RECEIVING THE SHARE CERTIFICATE, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FURTHER COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMPANY AND IT APPEARS THAT THE PROMOTERS HAVE MADE A FRAUD AND DISAPPEARED. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND HELP ME IN SECURING MY INTERESTS. THANKS
