Beware of Reddy Structures, a Bangalore based real estate developer, which is a third class builder. Ask the people who have gone through bad experiences with this builder.
I recently booked a 3 BHK with them on Bannerghatta Road near Sai Baba temple and their construction is pathetic to say the least. I am attaching sample photos of walls.
Please do not buy or book apartment...

I HAVE PURCHASED A FLAT OF TWO YEARS OLD APARTMENT OF M/S. REDDY STRUCTURES PVT LTD (MAHAVEER WILLOW) AT KENGIERI SATELITE TOWN IN BANGALORE CITY DURING JAN 2010. AFTER SIX MONTHS IN ONE OF THE BED ROOM CEILING' THE WATER IS LEAKING AND GAVE COMPLAINT TO THE CONCERNED SITE SUPERVISOR, AND THE BUILDERS AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE. NOW THE BULIDER SAYS THAT HE HAS ALREADY GAVE POSSESSION OF THE FLAT ONE YEAR AGO AND ABRUPTLY TELLING THAT...
