sir, i am having reliance gsm number [protected] and have been using it since more than 1 year. since few days, it was not picking signal at all and when called to the number, was telling switched off. i called customer care and they said that the sim was activated on 30th june and first recharge was done 2 days back. how can this be??? i have the sim and its in my name and i am using it since more than 1 year.plz solve this problem...
