sir i m a reliance gsm [protected] user .. from last several month i m facing problem o[censored]nnecessary deduction of balance.. first they used to pick calls on customer care number but now since past two months 198 is useless .. no response from customer care and three times my 50+ rs balance is deducted for a "cricket mania" pack which is installed without my permission .. please unsubscribe this pack from my number and refund me balance...

i am a reliance user no is [protected],Two times company deduct my 3rs balance without my permission,company active value added service on my number without my permission and worst thing is that 198 is not connecting to any customer care executive.
please note this compalin and refund me my balance...and deactivate all VAS from my number...

I have GSM reliance mobile SIM with contact number as [protected] and SIM number

[protected]. I have recharge for Rs. 21 (which gives life time offer) on

[protected]. After that again i have recharge for Rs. 100 where i got Rs. 90 as

talk value. My complaint is, inspite of having sufficient and validity till year

2021, my SIM started showing SIM REGISTRATION FAIL on[protected]....
