Hi,
I Ravi Arora purchase a reliance health wise policy through abn amro card with refrence no. R10856 on last week of september and haven't recd. any health card

please do the needful otherwise cancel my policy and refund my 2 emi amount i.e 1024/-...

I am a healthwise policy coustomer and my card no.[protected].Last year i had taken the policy from an agent at mavelikara( Kerala ). but i didn't get the renewel notice from your side.so i contacted your Eranakulam office and i was further diverted to the trivandrum office .They inturn had a casual approach and said that they had no information nor any records regarding my health policy .This irresponsibility...
