This is 5th time I am facing the same issue of discontinuity of my broadband connection. Reliance commercial office, Mumbai branch has responsibility to pay all the bills of electricity and premises rent required for their servers. Each time they fail to pay bills on time and local reliance offices can''t help without getting payment issued by commercial office. i disconnected reliance broadband connection because of companies slow internet, and I did full payment for half year . After I disconnected as per company''s last bill, my outstanding amount is -3128, Bill stated on 27/06/2014. From that day company is promising me for giving back through cheque . Myself Manish Manohar having Reliance GSM sim with number [protected]. Despite of having Net GPRS active, they deducted 170Rs from talk time balance within two days span of 22nd and 23rd May, 2014. Even after repeated call (made on 23rd, 25th and 26th May, 2014) they are unable to provide the complete details as when and how much money was deducted because it was deducted in bits and pieces.
