Religare health insurance is a total fraud company. We purchased a hospital cash benefits policy of them through ola app. Terms and conditions at ola app clearly mentions 100% refund if customer cancels the policy within 15 days of purchase. (No other terms or exceptions mentioned. See attached pic from ola app). First they sent the policy late. Than policy doesn't seemed right as full details were not mentioned, neither they sent any policy...

This year when i was renewing my policy, there was a option of increasing sum insured, so i thought of increasing it, but later soft copy the policy did not come out, money deducted. I have gone for my eye surgery for retinal detachment in 13 fab 2017. I informed this to company in advance. Surgery was done in a charity hospital because this facility was not available in chain hospital. Company is not paying my claim of rs 26-27 thousand.
