They are blackmailing for paying the charges

Resume.to.fill.com are such Fraud people . I trust them and they haven't told me about paying money . They have given 600 resume in 7 days which was impossible to complete.Then also I gave my best but recently came across that they are fraud through google!!! What should I do now ?? Pls help me...they are asking me to pay portal charges 5900

They giving me work to complete in 7 days but after some days i come to know that this is a fraud company and now they are demanding of rs 5900

I got a a call from teya job consultancy and they give me work but after 2-3 days I come to know it's a fake company and now they are demanding of rs 5900

They asked me to complete 600 resumes in 7 days and asked me to pay 1k for extending and doesn't extended. Now accusing me that it can be opened only in laptop. And Sunday is holiday and threatening me like they take legal acts if I didn't pay 6k.

They told me to complete 600 resume in 7 days. 15000 they will pay in a week. They didn't asked me before to give work just sended me work.and told to start...and today received a threat they want me hore a lawyer

They asked me to fill 600 resumes in 7 days. They got my id proof, photo, email id, phone no. It's not possible soo I google it I came to know it's a fraud one. So I made a complaint

First of all i just searched on google work from home, i got the nomber on monster of resume filling company i msged him the person name pratham, he didnt tell me about such clause n the workload, n send me the link n said please click n just sign on it, n your work will start, i did it, n 2nd day i saw th workload, it was a shock for me, it was 600 resume to fill in 7 days,

i again msg to pratham from resume to fill,
i told him i want to quit, coz the wrkload is too much it cannot be done in 7 days,
he told me that i have to pay 5000+gst, if you dont thn will give your number to legel department.

During this time of Lockdown I was looking for a source of Income and came across resumetofill.com on indeed.com and thought it would be genuine since it is on indeed. Yesterday(10/04/2021) I spoke with a person and he got me the user Id and password to the portal and told me to start working. Once I started working I realized that filling 600 resumes in 7 days is practically impossible. So I did a research about the company and I founded it to be fraud. So I texted the person that I don't want to continue to work with you and he said you have to pay portal charges and then I got a message from a person who states himself as Advocate Aman Thakur and he says that Im sending a legal notice to your residential address if the charges are not paid. and its been just a day since I have joined the portal.

These people are such fraud and Threatening to pay portal charges which i can't even afford. Please help me out and take action on them.

Calling from surat and saying I didn't complete the work within the time so have to pay 6000 and they were telling me that they will be file case against me I get into this job to verify what my friend said to me is right or not but absolutely my friend said was right the surat people forcing the people and they were cheating people and blackmailing as per the thing my friend had died because his life is going to doom because of these dogs.Government please take upon the action against them or people like youngsters and some people may be killed by themselves because of those dogs.Please get rid of this.

Threatning me to pay lunpsum anount for a contract which I have not signed at all

Actually a few day later I need money because am student that's why and I find there number and ads about job after some day some problems are happened in my home related to my family then I decided to drop this job then they torucher me and ask for giving 5900 rupee otherwise they will put section 74 and many other Please help me about this problem

They asked me to fill 600 resumes in 7 days and I did it. And they sent me an accuracy report and said 100 resumes are failed because of errors in those resumes and because I did not meet 90% accuracy(540 Correct) now I have to pay 6000+GSTcharges .As f now I am Ignoring their Calls, they are trying to threaten me by calling me in the name of Advocate, Legal proceedings etc.

Just to fill in my time I thought of doing part time job. So I searched for that and came to know about this company. First I called the guy, he explained me the whole work and asked me to submit my details like adhar card, driving license. I did that also. But when I spoke with the guy he told me that I will be paid Rs 30/- per correct resume, but when I saw the agreement it was written that I will be paid Rs 25/- per resume. Then also I agreed to do that. For name its a part time job, but actually its taking more than your full time that is more eight hours are required to meet the deadlines, which is not possible which your own running job. Then I came to know about these comments and fraud complaints, which opened my eyes. Never run behind the money as there are many cheaters sitting here and making money by cheating us. Be aware!!!

I have recently applied for resume filiing job...I got reference through indeed.com. the job description was to complete 600 resumes in 7 days..the payment will be done only if the 90% is (540 resumes ) accuracy achieved..firstly the send me one aggreement through email and the person was repeatedly asking me to sign the agreement..i signed it it has government logo..after that I completed my work day and night...and after 2 days the customer care called me and told me to check the accuracy report...when I checked 72 resumes were not approved due to silly mistakes...and after that the person told me to pay 5900 as a portal charges...after which they started blackmailing me.

I have recently applied for resume to fill part time they ask to fill 600 cv's in 7 days and blackmailing me to do it in duration otherwise they will take legal action against me and ask me to pay portal charges of 5000 rs. what is this? people join freelancing jobs just for their part time work not for taking pressure and blackmailing people. i am damn sure they are fake and fraud just help and tell me what to do and they are sending me blackmailing and threatening messages and calls daily.

Person from Surat, Gujrat has done a fraud by telling t complete the fills and asked for Rs.6000
Previous amount has been paid and now this person is asking for more amount₹5000.

Company is fraud and scam .the will get the details and saying asking for money 6500 we'll put a legal cases against u and i didn't the start the job while reviewing it i saw that the company is fake scams..now they are saying that the will file complaint against me..pls i request the government to take action against these frauds

I saw job add for data entry and called them as i was not able to complete 600 resume in 7 days they're threatening me with messages like legal notice so please help me out

Recently I joined the same part time iob, thinking that I get little more money for my monthly expenses. But after 7 days they called me and said that you have not completed your work and I have to pay 5000+GST amount. But told them that I cannot pay right away, I need time as I don’t wanted to get into any ###. But a guy called me saying that he is from legal department and told that I have to pay the amount right away. I said, I need time and also show me the clause which says that we have to pay the penalty right away. He just shouted saying that I will proceed legally then and then disconnected the call.

Now I am seeing that many people have already filed the complaint against the same.

Don’t trust this guys, they are fraud. And also they have given the good rating in google reviews.

So can any one tell me whether you guys have paid the money ?

I received a message from a company named resume filling. they provide work from home jobs . they told me to do aadhar card details n photos .after they provide me a link to open and signed after i search the company details in online its is a fraud company after that i told to not work with your company i left the job after 6 days they called me your legal case is going in surat court. please help me Sir/mam

Totally fraud company... My only mistake was that, I have not gone through the reviews before registering there.. After going through the reviews I found out that the company is fake!! Now they are calling & telling me to pay the 6520/- amount or face legal action. Police should take action against these type of fake comp.
I also told them that, I will not pay the amount.

Sir main usko bola bhi tha jiska mujhe call aaya tha ki pahle mujhe aap aapke company ki details bataiye to vo mere piche pad gaya tha ki agar aapko detail Janani hai to aapko aapka Aadhar Card aur photo bhejna hoga aur firjab Maine Mera Aadhar Card aur photo ka photo bhej diya to usne mujhe koi detail nahin bataya company ki usne mujhe sidhe ID r password bhej diya aur vah FIR mujhe bolata Gaya ki aap sirf next kariye aur aapko kuchh nahin Karna aur ek jagah aapko sirf aapka naam likhna hai aur usmein mujhe koi agreement bhi read karne nahin diya or bola ye apki job hai. Jab mne YouTube par dkha agreement ka to wha bola ki aisa agreement or ye company fraud hai. and ab vo mujhe alag alag number se message kar rahe hain aur dhamka rahe Hain ki agar Maine unka pay nhi kiya to vo log mere par case kr dege . Mko QP-LEGALD, [protected] ye sab se message krke force kr rhe hai. Or abhi mne QP-LEGALD ka search kiya to ye fraud company message mein a rha hai. And message kar rhe hai ki case kr dege aisa waisa. Please please please 🙏🙏🙏 help me take the action now sir/ma'am I really need your help.

They offer me a job and ask me to submit important docs. I did submitted but when I googled their company, I found out they were fraud. So, i didn't want to work for them and disn't even want to sign their contract. But, they send me a mail and SMS as if i join them. Now they keep on sending me legal notice and even calling me framing themselves as advocate, charging me large amount if money....

Respected sir/madam i am a ug student studying in vtu .i am staying in hostel so i was just looking for a part time job and i saw resume filling job in quikr jobs and i contacted them and i applied to it.they did not told anything about the agreement they just told me to keep on clicking next button and i done.then i hot a registration number and password for it and started my work.after getting me to know that it is a fake company i stopped working and now they forcing me to pay 6500 as penalty otherwise they are saying that they will put a legal case on me and the notice will be sent to the home so please help me out of this i dont know what yo do now i am still a college student if the matter comes know in my house means they will kill me so please help md out of this what i have to next???

First they are telling part time work and giving 8hour duty, after we fail to do the work asking money, we refuse to pay then they are telling we are booking a case among you.

I should provide my all details pan card adhaar card details, after that i check the reviews here everone said this is fraud company, after that i said that guy i donot want to do this work and i blocked him to my whatsaap, then they send me a email, if i donot give money 7670 then they send me the court and legal notice also. what i do?

I’m gaurav, I received a call from ([protected])them, and offer me online data entry work. They gave me 7 days target for work it is a data entry job where I have to fill data of 600 resumes in 7 days, i start working but the same resumes kept repeating 5-6 times and then I tried their customer service executive but they never replied to any of my complaints and after one week they called me and asked about work, I told my work is not completed because of the above mentioned problem but they told me you have to pay penalty amount nearly about 6500 rupees because of work is not completed I refused with the penalty charges they warned me for legal court case and they have made a fake agreement without my consent and now started threating me about it.
After that I searched on Google about this company I found it is a fraud, I’m very disappointed. I request you to please look into it and stop such frauds. Even the address of the company is fake.
