They asked me to write my name on blank screen which indeed was taken considered as my signature for an agreement without my awareness I am afraid of I'll b duration to pay any amount. I got to know that was a agreement later due to a mail I received now I am trying to cancel that but the customer support phone numbers are not working and the person who called me isn't responding

This is a fake company, suddenly someone called me to give pancard details for this job and suddenly after 7 days he is asking for 6500 rupees and harssing mentally to pay the amount otherwise we'll put a legal cases against u and all.Please i request the government to take severe action against them

I’m Rahul Kunar, I received a call from ([protected])them, and offer me online data entry work. They gave me 7 days target for work it is a data entry job where I have to fill data of 600 resumes in 7 days, i start working but the same resumes kept repeating 5-6 times and then I tried their customer service executive but they never replied to any of my complaints and after one week they called me and asked about work, I told my work is not completed because of the above mentioned problem but they told me you have to pay penalty amount nearly about 6500 rupees because of work is not completed I refused with the penalty charges they warned me for legal court case and they have made a fake agreement without my consent and now started threating me about it.
After that I searched on Google about this company I found it is a fraud, I’m very disappointed. I request you to please look into it and stop such frauds. Even the address of the company is fake.

I’m Shristy Dwivedi, I received a call from them, and offer me online data entry work. They gave me 7 days target for work it is a data entry job, which is impossible to complete. I also ask them what is this 6500 rs which we have to pay they said maam this is not for you some people start and then do not finish this panalty i said i will not be able to complete this soon they said maam you can also do this and any one in your home can do this work. you can complete 100 resume per day which is impossible then they manipulated me so once i started working after one week they called me and asked about work, I told work is still left you can increase my day they and deduct panalty rs 1000 from my salary but they were threatening me file a legal action I refused with the penalty charges they warned me for legal cort case. They also asked me for my alternate no. i gave but now they using my both no. to call and threaten me I'm veri scared .
and IRONY they are again sending me same job offer on my no. to earn 15k-18k in week.
After that I searched on Google about this company I found it is a fraud, I’m very disappointed.

After that I searched on Google about this company I found it is a fraud, I’m very disappointed.

So one day i was going through a freelancing site and i saw this article with a contact number. So i contacted them and they told me about this resume filling and what I'd have to do. I thought I could do it so I took the offer and they registered me and also showed me kind of a legal contract (I don't know whether it was real or fake). I logged in to their site and completed the task within time and I was sure to get 90%accuracy but then I read their negative reviews and i got to know that it doesn't matter whether I get 90% accuracy or not they are still going to give me low accuracy. So today I saw my failed resumes and seriously the points for which they unapproved my resumes were totally invalid and I told that person about it but he was justifying it falsely. Please take some serious action about them, they are really fraud. Do something ASAP please. The contact number to which I contacted is-[protected]

Actually after lockdown I got stuck in house, as I lost my last job due to this pandemic situation and due to this I am feeling very upset after few months I got call from this fake site and proceeded for job detailing after that they sign me a contract. Now they asking for money.

They called me today 20Nov2020 and asked to register with no registration fee and took my Aadhar card copy. Finally they were asking to register using a link and password and use my thumb print to sign. I got suspicious and checked to see may people are complaining on this .

Kindly take actions against them and not to allow them to fraud more people by showing job / payment and putting up legal notice.

Govt. should file cases against these companies

I recieved call from Resume filling from a lady. She knew my name asked for having laptop and no else information. She told whatever I didn't here properly but something about filling 600 cv's in 7 days and per cv I'll be given 30 rs per form filled and if my accuracy is less than 90% I'll be given 2 rs per cv . When I said I will do it later. They said registration was all free of cost for today only and won't have to pay any money . Neither they mentioned about the portal charges . This call was on 4th Nov . the women called me and asked me to open the link, click on write and write your name on the blank place she was on call i was not aware this was some kind of digital signature at the se time but I denied. Then she kept on calling from different no. and to do it right away. I did on my mobile. I didn't even got time to read what she sent or downloaded. So i did and after some time she gave me the login details And immediately i asked about to quit the job before starting as soon i realised that it's an impossible task.

Then she warn me to give portal charge 6700/-. As I don't have money, I started working for 2-4 days i realized that it was an impossible. Now after 7 days they were started calling me and when I asked for extension she didn't replied also.
As I have seen many of them registered complaint against the company, why such sites have not been forced to stop.

Still I'm scared so.someone please help

This is the worst job ever!!! firstly i received call from no +91 [protected] they told me job profile and send me agreement that if i cant complet 600 resume filling work then i paid 6500+gst .ok i understand that but on today 19 nov 2020 i recived callfromresume filling company no is +91 [protected], +91 [protected], *91 [protected] miss priya who is attend my case she told me that pay 7670/- because you dose'nt complet target or we send legal notes.
but at the time of payment she not convey that if i want to stop this work or close this work company should charge 1770/-.she told me for paying 1770/*or if ill not pay then they countinu alot data feeding work why??????????

in agreement why you are not mention this condition also.in agreement you mention that we willprovide 1 month membershio you not mention that 1770/* charge of this membership.

ap apki complany policy or agreement mai saf mention kare ye sab, worst staff, worst responce.
maine mana kiya mujhe nah krna continu work usmai bhi zabrdasti hai.

It is fake company fake works fake websites. No 1 frauds. Don't waste your time and money.

I got an online job offer from the phone number [protected] which is an online resume filling works He ask me to send my aadhaar card photo and they create my profile on resumefillingcom They give me a job to fill up 600 resumes in only just 7 days which is very less time and say they will charge me 6500 if failing to complete within the time They also mention that i will have to pay 6500 if my works are not at least 90 accurate which turn out that even if we finish te job on time they claim that it is not 90 accurate and still charge 6500 I want to cancel my Contract and Agreement with the website and i want to quit the job I request you to please help me to cancel my Agreement and Contract with resumefilling.com.

The month of actomber i was looking out for job becs due to lockdown there were no job hence i was searching fir part time job and i search and get one resume filing job i call them one girl was talking and ahe tell mi about job that it is free of charges u will get 30rs oer resum and have to fill 700 resume in a week. Then i say okk i will then after some time at 6 o clovk i call them becs there was no reaponse by them bjt she didnt take call and at 615 pm ahe received call and say give mi adhar card pan card hurry my office time ia 6.30pm otherwise i will go hence in hurry i give my adhar card to them,
After that she tell mi to do as she will speak on call and as a part of formality hi give limk and say open it and write a name on the blank space on mobile at that time they didnt tell about any contract signing, after signing i visw msssage that the format is invalid means one document whivh is invalid, so to know more about that process i ask her, she tell nothing and say workimg hours are comoleted tomaarow i will send ur login detils,
I asked about contract then send one crop jmage which was not lokking like original contract. After then ahe send mi lovin id and password but i didn't work for it as i came to know that it is fraud type after seven days one man call and text also came that i have not submitted my work on time so take extention and complete it otherwise u have to pay panalty of 6500 rs otherwise e we will take leagal action, again after seven days today a on 3/11/2020 one man cal me and say ur file is on our table we are going to take legal action name as aman thakur. He send mi sms asa from court heading of name as court and sections were written, and they are going to take leagal action was written i call back them and say u all cheat with me and do fraud, i have no moeny and i am not going to pay but i am in fear that what will they do

They are messaging me and calling me for Portal Charges. They said the Case is registered in Surat Session Court. They have my Aadhar card Details. Dont take work they are Frauds they are not taking any Interview and Directly give you 600 resumes for filling. Be safe don't go for it. And if you have taken work and you couldn't complete don't pay any charges.

Resume filling company is calling me for 6500 rs otherwise they take a legal action against me and are giving me warning to drag me to court if I am not able to give this fraud money

Resume filling company will recruit you for filling in the resumes. They'll make you sign a bond regarding the deadline and accuracy if you'll not make upto it they'll ask for 6500 as compensation which is fraud. The whole thing is a big scam don't fall into such trap. Their lawyer will call you and say that they are dispatching notice but they will not. So don't give any money to them. The complete bond is a fraud.

There is a company called "Resume filling' (https://resumefilling.com/) who called me on 28th October 2020 for freelancing work as I was also looking for some freelancing work so I got ready. They have asked me to send my Aadhaar copy, my 1 passport size photo and my email id for the registration as they were not charging any amount for that so I sent them my docs on their whatsapp.

After that they did my registration and sent me login details and asked me to login. I did as per their instructions. When I logged in they asked me to sign one document available on their website where the clauses were mentioned. I have read but there was no clause mentioned that if I do not want to continue I would be liable for penalty.

As they have given me work of 600 resume data which I had to complete within 1 week. I failed to do so due to my illness during this week. So today they called me and blackmailed me to give them 6500 as penalty.
I disagreed so they have told me that I have signed the agreement. When I again visited their website and went through their agreement letter they have updated the said clause that I need to pay 6500 for not completing the work, which was not even mentioned at the time of signing.

Also the representative was forcing me to sign it freely and said there would not be any issue.So I signed it believing them.
I told them I am not financially well and cannot provide them that money so they told me that I could face the problem if I am not paying them and their Advocate will call me, as they are blackmailing for it. I asked them to cancel my registration so they are asking for the closure of my account.
All they are asking is so unethical. They are giving pressure to work within today as this is not possible. Also I do not want to work with them as they are trapping me. They have first made me sign on their agreement after that they have done modifications in that agreement to trap me as it was a soft copy not hard copy.
Please help me to get out of their trap. Due to Covid, I am already facing financial crises. On top of that they are blackmailing me. Please help

I was lookking for some jobs then a man called me and told me that he saw my no from quikr and gave me a job option thats was to submit 600 resume in a span of 7 days
I completed the work in 11 days by buying extension for 4500rs because of their pressuring bt later after 11 days i havent got any payment and all the work i have done was not shown(how much data was approved and all)
Later one fine morning a man called and asked me to pay 7150rs as portal charge or else he will file a case against me

I received a call from this company for online work and to earn some extra money. They asked details and took sign n digital stamp which had no information.
After which they gave work and timeline to complete which was impossible and demanded money as a portal charge if failed to complete the work within given timeline.

I immediately understood they are in fraud business and this is scam to loot innocent people searching for a job.

This is a complete scam. They will tell you to sign an agreement with them but if you are unable to fulfill the criteria which is absolutely impossible to do they will scare you by sending fake legal notice message and calls and ask you to pay the charges. Please beware and stop doing anything for them because they cant do anything except threatening people.

They give you money to lure you into the trap and then even if you do all.the work, they would tell you that you haven't done it upto their satisfaction.
If you fail to do it, they would ask for[protected] as fine of non completion.

I got a message stating below:

M/S.MOHD AMAAN YOUR LEGAL CASE ID UL/260394E IS GOING FOR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. KINDLY HIRE A LAWYER AND GO FOR FURTHER PROCESS. WE AT RESUME FILLING ARE GOING WITH LEGAL PROCEEDINGS UNDER SECTION 72, 73, 74, IN THE INDIAN CONTRACT ACT, 1872. DUE TO VIOLATING THE CONTRACT. CALL FOR MORE DETAILS +[protected].

AS DISCUSSED YOUR CASE ID HAS BEEN REGISTERED IN SURAT SESSION COURTS. YOU WILL BE UPDATED ABOUT THE CASE THROUGH MESSAGE AND NOTICE.

This is just immoral that they are taking advantage of people during pandemic
