A msg came from this company for resume filling job. They asked to sign a contract to enroll the job.

Now they are threatening me asking money to be pay to them or else they will file a case against me

Im getting continuous call from many people they are saying tt iam calling from resume to fill from surat v have seen that u have not completed the number of resumes given to u with proper accuracy and they are saying me to pay 5900rs including gst...first what they said is ull b unable to compelete ur resumes given so u pay 1000rs +gst amd get extra days for completeing bt i did not pay and finished within given date then they checked my accuracy its below 90% so u have to pay penality to company r else ull b having a case filled against u in surat court u have to face many issue and all those plz help me what can i do they are calling me continuousy and asking for payment if i did not pay thy'll fail a case they r threatening like these plz help me how shall i sort out this issue..they are sending mail regarding warning and all to clear the payment of 5900rs

I registered into this company to work as freelancer. but after registering i went through the internet and found that this is a fraud company . i dont want to work under it . kindly take action against this company.

I got message online data entry. I signed agreement . But what work is provide.that work I completed . But They demanding money on potal charges. I am v .adharsh from India, andhra pradesh i searched for a genuine part time job but finally a data entry service told me to Send my id proof back side and front side to register in the site and i saw more reviews about this company in youtube and i finally knew that this company is fraud and many of the people are affected by this..they told me to sign a digital agreement but i signed in a wrong way..Am afraid of this .They called and threatened many of the people likewise am afraid of it my I'd proof i sended saw what to do...

If we complete work also they will demand some money missing aacuracy like that

Their motive is not to get work to get money from innocents

Resume To Fill company poste Ads on Quicker and convince people by easy demo to join the work in which it takes about 10 to 20 minuids to finish one resume the registered my6 ID without my permission and also attempted a Forged signature and after that forced me to work on that latter i relished that it was impossible to do this within 7 days so i convey to them and then they told me about the portal charges and in the agreement the try to forge my signature.

Hello I m kannan from tamilnadu I want to register a complaint Against Resume Filling Company, They are doing fraud by threatening us and manupulating us by saying they will file a complaint against us in court and take a legal action against us .
And the legal stamp paper which they had send us is also fake .

I got a call from "Resume to fill" company on 11th of May 2021 from this number [protected]. She told me that you are looking for Part-time jobs. So, we are providing you a part-time job in data entry in which you have to fill 600 resume data in 7 days with 90% Accuracy. So, When I started working on it and parallelly, I searched about this company on google. I saw too many complain about "Resume to fill" company. They need 90% accuracy. So, One day I asked some question's answer from the Helpline team as well as from the Query bar and also from that girl who called me for that job. But They answered me differently for the same question and even their instruction PDF suggests another answer. then I asked that girl and mailed on company mail id [protected]@resumetofill.com that everyone suggest me different answer then how can I know on what basis do you judge my accuracy and I will re-work on these when you will give me that answer. And I stopped working. One day I also asked for CIN no of this Company but one lady named Rishu tells me that we haven't any CIN No. Another lady named Gayatri told me that we have CIN No but company hasn't allowed us to reveal CIN No. So, I answered that if the company is registered, we can get CIN no from google itself. she replies that we haven't updated yet but we will update and she cuts my call, and when I retried on the same number they cut my call again and again. And I found that it's a big scam of this fraud company.
Today I got a message from another company's number to pay an amount of 5900.

The site resume to fill is harassing people in the name of giving part time jobs.They make us sign a contract without giving time to read the terms and conditions.At first they say we have to fill 600 resumes within 7days and 90% accuracy is must which is impossible and when people fail to submit they are demanding penalty charge that is 5000/-+ GST or else they will take legal action under 74, 75 and bla bla act which will decrease our civil score and we will never get any job in future.This fraud company is harrasing people and decreasing our mental health.Please take legal action against them

I thought of doing part time job so searched in Quikr and got this job notice... So without knowing it's a fake I started the work and later I got to know that it's a fake so I stopped working and blocked their contacts... They are telling me to pay 6000rs as their portal charges and didn't informed me before that such kind of charges they are going to take and the main thing they attached my sign in an agreement which was not discussed with me and didnt even told the terms and conditions. one of the employee of resume to fill.com Teyu-[protected] told me to finish 600 resume in 7 days.out of 600 540 should be correct after login i felt it was impossible task but i worked day and night to complete one of the employee called me you did 70 resume wrongly soo you have to pay 5900 for Portal charges after that you will get your salary of 13250 for the correct data after paying 5900 she told to share the payment details i paid 5900
call me and asked to pay 4100 i asked why to pay. As the terms of given period expired and to cancel the agreement i have to pay otherwise company should legally proceed against me. i spoken to Teya she told that to get your payment 13250/- I have to pay 4100/- compulsory, i paid 4100/- total amount paid to them is 10000/- on[protected]
after payment they told you will get your payment on morning 10-30, but i called again they taken my bank details but so far no amount is credited and they blocked me in every where
now i thought that i was cheated
please kindly do justice and compensation also take right action

We are going to make money not to loose but this is not the way to make money please do the needful

After receiving this message he said to send my email id and Id proof. Thinking this is genuine company I sent my email id and Aadhar card to him. I got a mail from [protected]@resumetofill.com which had agreement and I read that agreement properly I was scared because in that I have to pay 5900 INR if I failed to submit the document or if I don't have some accuracy. So thinking this is not my cup of tea I didn't sign that agreement but exact after one week I got a message asking money because I failed to submit the work. Actually the fun is I didn't sign the document nor I didn't get my work. In that same day I got a call from [protected] (I forgot his name) saying this guy is a legal adviser and he threatened me to pay the money of 5900 INR or they will move legally and I have to pay 30000 INR to the court. Exact 13th May 2021I got a message from the same number named Jay

What should I do?

It very disappointing to mention, that this company is fraud.

They are very particular to mention, that we cannot quit, but does not mention, that we will have to pay 5, 900, if the work is not complete in 100 accuracy.

again and again during the start they will mention, that you cannot quit, but they hide the fact of Rs 5, 900, that we have to pay, if the work is not complete with 100% accuracy of 600 resume in one week.

They deliberately hide it, they say you will have one day trial, after that they don't confirm that you will continue, they just give a mail after one week, that you have to pay this amount as fine or else you will be prosecuted and that you CIBIL score will be ruined.

This company by force gets you to sign the agreement which mentions you to pay penalty of Rs 5900 if you fail to complete work with 90% accuracy. They won't share the accuracy report as well. Its a big scam company who doesn't even know how to speak to someone. Very rude. They tell me they filled the complaint and take a legal action .. sooo please help me 🥺🥺🥺🥺

As i registered for the company and they said they will pay 15000 Rs for to completing 600 resumes also I completed all 600 resumes in time. But now they showing not meeting the requirement and demanding to pay 5900 RS. But they are not providing where I did mistakes and how they did the accuracy check.

These guys are really frauding and now they are sending mail like need to pay 5900 or they will send the legal notice to my home address and also they mentioned they have my Aadhar card & Pan Card details with them so, they can deteriorate my CIBIL rating as well in course of non-submission of my penalty amount.

And after registring i move out of the job and dint started it. Now they asking me fine of 5000+ gst for not working in the company .they are threatening me to file against me and decfeasing my cibil score pls help

I was register for part time job on quikr.com then after some time i got a whatsapp msg from 1 number from MUKESH contact no. [protected].
Work profile was 600 resume in 7 days with 90%accuracy and salary would be rs 15, 000 i. E. Rs 25 per form. He asked for my id proof email id and whats app contact no., address and other necessary information.
Few minutes later i received whats app from mukesh mob no-[protected] with one attached pdf files, one of sample work and the other of onlineworksjob company.
He sent the link on my whats app no. After downloading the executive called and said to me write your name first and last letter signature. I was literally shocked!!! It contained contract agreement with onlinewokrsjob company with my signature on it without my knowledge and approval.
I realised that i was the victim of job fraud/job scam. I did some research on internet and found many complaints against the company. Also the address mentioned happens to be address of many other companies such as etc.

I found many complaints against also. I was now sure that this company is fraud. I had conversation with that person about fraud company he didnt give me response well so i blocked him
on 30th april i received a mail regarding penalty of non completion of time. the total amount payble was 5900 including GST. Also they are threatening to harm my CIBIL SCORE

Also strict action should be taken against such fraudulent companies. as they are making money by fooling others.

This company is totally fraud.ane by one call me. And told me take the legal action according act 1872.

They called me to join immediately and asking for money to close my account. I told them I don't want to start the work but they told me to pay to close my account.

Resume filling company call me and told me to join them and get 25rs per resume. They told me to sign ab agreement that if i didn't do given work within 7 days they will charge 5990rs. If i didn't pay them they will file the case against me. Please suggest me what should i do

I have joined this resumetofill.com but i got to know after joining that this website is a big scam and they haven't told me about legal action on call and now they ask me to pay 5990rs, and they deleted the recording also from my mob.

I have complete successfully all the resumes data entry.. Within the time period.. But now when I called the resume to fill customer care..their number is switched off and not even receiving the call. My salary amount is stuck.
