Sir actually i have applied for data entry jobs in rex enterprise persons called me and taken my aadhar and phone number copies and gave me a license agreement and gave me work to complete in 8 days i worked hard and completed the work within the submission time but now they didn't send me money instead they asking me money to pay as legal agreement i am student sir i don't have that money and if a case filed against me it will spoil my career please help me sir

Sir, i received a mail from advocate represent from rex enterprise, they demanding money from me for close fhe case. I registered a work from home job as online data entry in oct 11. I didn't sign any agreement. But they said that you signed the agreement (No. Bz 31205). They said if you ignore to paid the money., they will take leagl action. But i didn't anything wrong from myside. I hope you received this and. Solved the problem as soon as possible.

This company do oine fraud i just applied by mistake and found that this company is fraud company and demanding money in wrongly way that's why please take a legal action on this company i discribed email of fraud person there are total 5 phone numbers also [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. One fraud email also @[protected]@gmail.com

This company is giving a work but i can complete the work within in time but due company website technical error i couldn't submitted it so company file the case against me to pay charges and calling from the unwanted no saying i m an advocate u have to come to court or compensate with the money the no is [protected] and complaining me u have to pay 1 lakhs rs. So every day they call me and iritated so kindly ccept my complaint request. Company mail i'd is - [protected]@gmail.com and reference no of providing me this job-[protected], [protected]

I was contacted by the company for fill up 1200 forms within 8 days, if i correctly fill 1080 forms i will be given 19700rs as salary otherwise they would charge 4300rs penalty. I just started the work for one day. I was going through the complaints by other victims.
Now, i need to know, what should i do?
Are they going to take any legal action against me?

8 days ago i apply for data entry job. They told me to fill up 1200 form in 8 days. I filled all form with accuracy after submitting next day on site show that your qc report fail. Next day they call me and said to pay 4300 as utility charges. And today they told that her office is in aurangabad, maharashtra. And in agreement show that office is in gujarat. They call me and forcing to pay charge. I'm not singing on that agreement. Pls help me and get me out of this prblm.

Now they calls me and demands to pay rs 2.30 lack otherwise they register case
They are not playing my money salary
They told me we are register case
I am a belongs from poor family

I want my payment of 24000.00 as per agreement i have all the proof of agreement and all email as well as all of these peoples contact numbers first of all kill that so call duplicate advocate manohar cale and the helpline numbers all are fraud they are targeting quicker and online job seeker and made them target by harassment and by torture using abuse and bad language they don't even spare ladies respect on call these useless people abuse ladies also.

Giving you the details there is team of people dont know weather from where they belong but on languages it seems that all were from gujrat ladies telecallers calls about work from home and without registration they ask me to work on these file afetr all my hard effort i have been able to complete that work within time line and checked all work twice thrice no scope of error as i have been doing this from last 15/16 years but first time i tried to do it online because there is no cost involved but yes my hard work is cost for me without fail i have complete that project with 100 quality,,,,, even these people were not able to speak normal english also they started communicating in hindi anyway after completion of work there is so called advocate associate named manohar kale contact number [protected] called me asked me for money he abuse and used very pathetic rude language demanding to pay the money and settle this.

the company assures that you accept the binding agreement and hence they conduct the legal action under civil wrong and cause of statement.

1: the company will proceeds legal action and file a case against you.

3:there after they have provide you the legal notice on your residence proof.


So do not force the company to conduct a legal action against you. This is for final time the company assures you.

if you ignore such things then company is eligible to take legal actions against you.

Hello sir, i received a mail regarding data entry work from the rex enterprise company located in gujarat. They assured to give me rs.19700 for 1200 forms which has to be completed in 8 days. For that, they made a registration and agreement by using my mobile number and aadhar card. Later the very next day, i found that this job is totally fake and mailed them that i don't want to do it. Now, they mailed me to pay rs.4300 utility and maintainance charges according to the agreement terms and conditions. They're threatening me with civil and criminal cases if i fail to pay the charges. I'm uploading all the required photos related to this complaint. Please resolve this complaint as soon as possible. Thank you.
