Today again received a call and said to pay rs.6510 to the court you are free from this matter and their won't be problem in future. Please resolve my problem and help me out of these

Few days ago i’ve applied for a job on quiker then i got a call from this company called”rex enterprise” which asked me to send my adhar card for proof and had sent an agreement no was bz 31205. Recieved an email with credentials for form filling but i haven’t opened or started anything, i have send a cancellation mail to helpline. They called me and asked to pay 4300/- for maintainance charges and to cancel the agreement we have to pay 15000/-, otherwise legal action will be taken. Yesterday i have recieved an email and messages about legal actions. Please do rectify my problem and such a fraud company.

As i want to earn money from part time job, i was searching it on quikr portal, there i got rex enterprise whatsapp message to join data entry in their company. They were asked for my id proof and recent photograph, so i clicked my picture on my phone and my voter id, and send it to them (Rex enterprise, whatsapp no. :- [protected]). My task was to complete 1200 forms with a cut off of 1080 forms (90% accuracy) and i achieved that but instead of pay me the amount they asked to pay me rs. 4300 because they accused me that i did not achieved the 90% accuracy, so left the job, they used my name and my photo to make contract without my knowledge.

Now, they are threatening me to pay rs. 7300+28550 and sending me legal notices on my gmail. Its physical and mental harassment to me i am not earning this much amount to pay them.

Please help me

Hello sir I am a middle class student on 19 step.2019 same companys person calling me and offer for the job but they are not saying about that agreement and that lady said me write your first name on blank and they not even give me time to read that.after that I told that lady i don't want work &she was also agreed for that but next day she doesn't received my call and not respond for anything .and after I found they all are fraud and i block him.after 4 month they are continuously trying to call me, demanding me for the amount which is 1lakh plzz help me sir ..I am from middle class family ..i don't have anything ...help me sir

I've joined a part time job in Rex enterprises and they have made an agreement. And as per the agreement if the work is not correct I've to pay Rs.4300. And on 30th November 2019 a women from the association of advocates called me from the number ([protected]) on behalf of the company and threatened me to pay the amount or else the case will be filled in the court. So I've paid it. After that a man from 'REX ENTERPRISE' called me from the number([protected]) and asked whether you are willing to continue the agreement or not. I told him to cancel the agreement but for that they are demanding more money from me. That is to cancel the agreement, I've to pay Rs.12000 or else your case will be filled in the court. I got doubt because this was not mentioned in the agreement. So when I was checking in the internet I got many cases like mine. And even the serial number is same for all. So I've contacted a legal advisor and enquired about this. They told that the agreement is fake. So I've made a complaint in the website www.consumerscomplaint.in And they contacted me on 2nd December and enquired me about this. And I've told them everything. And after that a 'noc agreement' in mail from 'REX ENTERPRISE' But the agreement is fake. And on 3rd of December again the women called from the same number[protected] and I've complained her but I received a bad response from her. So I request you to enforce law against 'REX ENTERPRISE' located at Gujarat and refund my money(Rs.4300) which I've paid. I'm also attaching the agreement and also the screenshot of fellow citizen who was affected like me to verify the serial number. I also attach the screenshot of the payment I've made. And your consumer helpline told me to mark the complaint as resolved but I didn't receive the amount. Please take action and refund my money as soon as possible.

Rex enterprises se call aya form filling work 1200 forms in 8 days and I correctly done that but QC report fail aaya jb humne apni. I also attach the screenshot of the payment.

Please take action and refund my money with penalty. Even if the penalty goes to rs.10000, it will be grateful. Because my education is being ruined by them.

Today i got a mail from some legal department, of rex entrprise, gujrat... Telling to settle things over 4300/- and if not they will dispatch a legal notice and get arrest warrant issued from court. What shud i do now??!!! And for fear i also paid the 4300/- amount as a maintenance charge but after that also they said i[censored] want to cancel agreement u paid more amount rather v will issue legel notice or arrest warrant so now what can i do sir/mam... Plzzz solve this issue... Nd make a locked to this types of companies... Thank u

Kindly help me out from this situation. I saw all complaints and don't know how that solved. But i m here with hope that u vil solve out. Whatever all mentioned that if someone can't submit the work at right time then u vil have to pay 4300 but today they called me and said deposit 12000 within half an hour. Sir m belongs from poor family. So how can i arrange a huge amount in a short time. So they said they filed a case against me and said come to aurangabad police station with ur lawyer. I really don't understand wht to do. Kindly help me sir as soon as possible.

I have applied online job in this company but can't submit the work at the right time coz of my health condition but now they called me and gave me half an hour for deposit the money and it was 12000 when i asked them in agreement that mention i[censored] r nt able to submit the work then u vil have to pay 4300 but u says 12000 then they says i[censored] r nt given the money then we r take the legally action and they sent a msg. I really don't understand wht to do. M belong from poor family where i can arrange a huge amount in a short time. Kindly help. They says come aurangabad police station with ur lawer. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

I am shekh shaha alam from kolkata, i have got a call from an form filling company"rex enterprise" for form filling work, as per their instruction i have completed the forms and have signed their agreement. After completing the forms, they now say that the qc report is fail, so as per the agreement they are asking me to pay the amount mentioned the agreemnet, and i got a cal from from an advocate mentioning that the case is registered against me for not doing the payment.

Now with some doubt i have searched for company details on google, i found that there are many such cases and the agreement serial number for every person is same.

The advocate is calling on my fathers phone number which is given in the aadhar card and asking to pay and saying that they had filed a case against me.

I kindly request you to sort this case. And help me with further proceedings

Hello. I had received call regarding data entry work from the rex enterprise company located in gujarat. They assured to give me rs 19700 after deduction rs 4300 as registration charges for 1200 forms which has to be completed in 8 days. I started doing the work and eventually came to know that they are doing big fraud with customers. Even after doing everything correctly and completing the work before time they sent me mail threatening legal action as their qc failed. Later on google i came to know that this is a fraud company. I have done all the hard work perfectly and on time. Now i want my amount rs 19700 from them as per the agreement. L have all proper screenshots with me which they showed incorrectly and failed in their qc check. I replied to them on mail that they have marked most questions as incorrect just to fail the qc check and not pay any money. Even the agreement that they are sending is dated as 19.09.2019 with signature but my conversation was on 23 october. I know that this is fake legal notice that they have sent demanding money rs 4300 + 3000. Same legal notice they are sending to everyone. I want my money for the work that i have completed as per the agreement. Please help me. Its a humble request to take very strict action against such people who are doing such online fraud and scams.

Same thing happened to me today i registered with the company but after few time i also asked the executive to withdraw my registration as she wasnt able to acknowledge me the correct pattern of typing now a person calling me that i hv broken the rules and they will file a case against me they are continuosly messaging me to pay the charges now they text they already filed the case as i didn't responded to their messages... Actually yeh log kya karrahe hai na jo work submit karta ya nai karta sabko penalty charge karrahe means sahi karo ya galat they want to extract money form us one more thing sab notice karo sabhi ka same registration no hai aur agreement mai koi sign bhi nai liya sirf rex enterprise ka stamp hai..

Quikr mea job ke liye apply kiya tha do din bad call aya job ke liye from filling job tha toh bola adhar ID dene ke liye toh mine de Diya for verification call aya then in logo ne bola evening mea user name n password de Diya uske bad maine dekha internet pe Ki wo fraud hea then Maine reply kiya cancel Kar ne ke liye but unone maintenance n utility charge mang rage hea 4300+3000 Maine un logoka no mail Sab block Kar diye but 8th Nov advocate ka mail aya or bola 1pm Ki under Maine pause nahi Diya toh 50, 000 Dena parega.Sir mea student hurt mere pass paoya nahi hea or sir agreement no BZ 31205 and advocate ka name

Hi I'm Sumanta Chakrabarti from Hooghly, West Bengal want to registered a complaint against online date entry company named Rex Enterprise, Gujarat. I got a work from this company from 26.10.19 for 1200 forms filling in 8 days and I have also filling 100 forms but suddenly a massive accident occured with me on 29.10.19 and then & their informed to Rex by mail and also informed to executive named Prachi Trivedi (M.[protected]). But several times repeated mail they threatening me for payment an doing legal case on me. On 08.11.19 a mail comes from [protected]@gmail.com (Adv. Pranab Gupta (M: [protected]) & today also sent me legal notice by mail from [protected]@gmail.com.. After searching in goolge I found that both 2 email r fake and lots of complaint against both. So please let me out from this crucial situation because I am a simple living civilian and my mother suffering from cancer & my father also paralyzed person..Please help me out and do the needful .. please see all mails and communication attached below.

I get a call from data entry work from rex enterprise company. They have given me 1200 forms for which i have to complete in 8 days and i have completed and submitted my work. They told if any problem happens they will help us but while calling them or texting they aren't replying us. After completion of my work they are now threatening me toh pay the amount 4300/- rupees if i will not give money they will take legal action. Now they are sending me legal notice and demanding me to pay money and advocate name jayesh he calls me and harassing me to pay money. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

I get a mail regarding the form filling works from a company and i applied for it. The i got a call from a person named yuvraj and he told that i will be paid in between 18000 to 24000 if i complete the work with 90% accuracy and as per company policy. At that time they not describe about any fine and agreement that contain the information about fine to pay if work is not submitted.than, After i received an agreement in which it is stated that i have to pay 4300 rs if we not complete the work ask per company policy, After i started the work and completed the work with in 8 days and submitted the work. After submission of work the company said that i have not completed the work with 90% accuracy but i check all my form and i found that my forms are correct but they are given wrong by the company. after that i got an mail which demanding me 7300 rs from me. they are afraiding me from civil and criminal cases So, i am afraid of these please help me out of these.

Now, they mailed me to pay rs.4300 utility and maintainance charges according to the agreement terms and conditions. They're threatening me with civil and criminal cases if i fail to pay the charges. 8 days ago i apply for data entry job in rex enterprise. They told me to fill up 1200 form in 8 days. I deny for doing work as work seems look so fraudy type. Even i asked them for their genuineess, i asked for their complete address, they said surat gujarat. They didn't respond to my mail. Now they are calling me and said to pay 4300 as utility charges. And today they told that their office is in aurangabad, maharashtra. And in agreement show that office is in gujarat. They call me and forcing to pay charge. Today mane advocate call me for payment rs. 4300 + 3000 as panelty.
They are continuously threatening me for payment as they have already done case on me.
Please help me to get out from this trap.

I had applied for this data entery job via quickr. They called me the next day, made me download a app called "agreement. Software" and had me signed in a column "upload signature. Asked for aadhar card on whatsapp. This job was to complete 1200 forms in 8 days, from which 1080 forms were asked to be correct. However, the site showed 156 forms incorrect. I tried to be in contact with the man who claimed his name to be vishal sharma, who gave me the job on call, before submitting the forms, however there was no response. I tried reaching out to their helpline i'd and mobile numbers provided in my email id however every mobile number was shut down or out of reach.

12-15 days later, i recieve a email from 'legal department ' from a claimed lawyer name anirudh krishnan, asking me to pay 9680/- rs claiming i have breached section 406. I wasn't informed before itself frm the company, and this man out of the blue, calls me and threatens me to pay 9680/- rs in half hour. And if not paid, hard copy of the notice will be filed in court. He said.

I'm just a student, how could i pay such a huge amount?

Friends today i have paid 26500rs they are threatened me by saying about agreement and which i have not read while signing a blank will come but after sign u came to know about the agreement u signed. They are blackmail me for money. I had experienced a huge pressure which may be make me to commit suicide. I urge them beg them to leave me but that person doesn't listen to me. First asked to pay 7550 to close the issue again said this is final payment to terminate your i'd and u don't get any call from company for that u need to pay 18950. I have paid 26500 and again called and said for cancel your sign with us u need to pay 30000 or else u have to attend in ahmadabad court.

Today afternoon they called me and offer me a job by taking my mobile number and ee addhar after that they create a agreement with my signature and after that they are not responding to mails and messages. Sir, myself kumar aman sagar has been accidentally trapped in contact with this fraud company and they told me to submit my adhar card for i'd proof and my contact number with these information they send me a fraud signed agreement which actually has not been signed by me and acceptance letter so i hardly request you to take actions against this fraud company whether they make an legal. Action against me for no reason

Same hote h, ye fraud h or upper se court ki dhamki bhi de rhe, or jitni bhi calls aati h vo khte h ki hum advocate bol rhe h, means itna fraud legally, kaise.

I aaplied for data entry work in quikr then a girl named mahira khan[[protected]] messaged me and started describing the work. They assured to give me rs19700 for 1200forms which has to be completed in 8days. For that they made a registration and agreement by using my mobile no. And aadhar card. After starting the working for few days i was having conversation with mahira... But now on the 8th day noone is picking the call nor replying, then i found it is fraud. Now am scared if they mail me or something for giving any charges or case a file. Plzzzz help me
