Right Choice Magazine Complaints & Reviews

Hello,
Am not receiving the monthly magazine of RightChoice.
I paid the money on Mar-18-2014 and am waiting for the magazine from April.
But still I didn’t get that. Every 4 days am keep on calling their customer care support and hearing the golden words “we are sorry for the inconvenience. We raised high priority ticket for this.you will get in 4 days.”
Like after every 4 days it is happening...

I have been a subscriber of Right choice magazine, subscription id- RCHOICE1657431. I need your guidance to approach customer court or solve the issue as i have not been receiving the right choice magazine as promised.
1st month on october i received it on 2nd which is fine, but the following month i didn't receive till 10th so i called the customer care they said it will not repeat again and after debating i had a month of subcription...

On 13/09/2012 I diposited the money for 2 years subscription bt till now I didn't even receive my I'd and password and not even the magazine. I had called them so many times bt they neither give me my I'd and password nor they send me the magazine .....
