Warning against irresponsible staff from Roam1Mobile
I would have still forgiven them for this had their services been good. It was a mistake that we opted for a freedom sim card from Roam1Mobile and when it stopped working in Malaysia, i was kept on hold by their customer care for 30 minutes, clearly they didnt care cz they weren’t paying for that call, instead were getting paid from my side, to help me resolve issues for a product i bought from them......

Crappy Roam1 sim cards!
There is no way in hell that i will recommend any of my friends or family to use this crappy Roam1Mobile sim card services. Poor signal is a regular issue with them no matter even if you are in the busiest of areas and their customer ppl are just so overwhelming when it comes to complaint handling, they just don’t want to listen!!...

I got my parent a Roam1 Mobile SIM for US (USA Standard 30 with BB). Super effiecnet in delivering the sim card but thats where it all ended!! Call quality throughout the trip was unsatisfactory! Most of the time the sim showed no network! My dad had to restart the phone to make it work but of no use! We have complaint to their customer service a million times but have not got any respite from them. Very disappointed and do not see the sense...

I researched the plans by Roam1 Mobile on their website and hence opted for their plan as it seemed economical. But when I had used their card the recharge got over within 2 calls I made for few minutes. It did not just end there as despite several calls and emails, my concerns for correct billing were not addressed! Never use this service people. They are a lie and a sham!...
