Have not received maturity amount of FD receipt no 64673 for Rs 11380 which mature on 29 July 2002. Have file several complaint with Company law Board on 12.5.03, 03.02.09 and, EOW on 23.5.03, 2.04.2012 but couldnot recover the amount. Company tells us to engage an advocate. We engaged Ms Sarojini however she also was not able to recover our amount...

I have two cumulative fixed deposits of Rs 25, 000/- each (Rs Twenty five thousand each) vide FD receipt nos 54870 and 54871 dated 13/07/2000 for a period of 36 months which has matured on 12/07/2003. The rate of interest was 14.5%p.a. The maturity value given on the FD receipt is Rs 38, 525/- each.
