I've ordered a shirt from roposo shopping app in that app it was showing sky blue stretchable shirt I've placed the order when I've received it it was worst in quality it was not stretchable and it was small in size I've done the return procedure but the boy came for pickup order he has cancelled my return request he's saying that the colour should be black but in the bill also it was written that colour is sky blue then also he's cancelled the return request I've raised the complaint to their sight I've mailed them but they are not responding they have just fooled me I want my refund back

Roposo shop not returning product and no exchange option. No response from the roposo shop team

On September 6 2022 I ordered realme brand wireless bluetooth headphone but I received another brand which is not connecting and not working. Regarding this I have sent a mail and WhatsApp to the customer care on 12/9/22. And apply for refund with in 3 days of delivery of item. But till now no response from them.

I'm requesting you please inform them to return my amount not 473₹.

I also gave may bank details...

Which item was delivered to me was that not my order so can you refund it...
