I have applied for Royal Garden Hotel after receiving an e-mail from them. After that i got letter of appointment from them. I want to know whether its a scam or not? Below is the letter of appointment.

I got a mail from ROYAL GARDEN HOTEL LONDON, i also gor a appt letter from the hotel without attending any interview. So pls confirm me is the offer/appt letter is original....

Dear Sir ,

I got an email from Royal Garden Hotel , UK having a large no of vacancy and asking my bio data and job acceptance letter.I had accepted the job offer and replied to them .

They told that , their UK immigration agent will contact soon for the further processing of my visas and travelling documents . Within a day I had got an email from the UK Immigration Service Dept.

I received an appointment letter from Royal Garden hotel UK for the post of housekeeping Supervisor. for the begining of the procedure o[censored]K work permit they asked me to contact Wing Agency. For all this procedure they need about 1400 pound .

My date of joining is 30/06/09.

I have attached letter of appointment for you referance.
Can you let me know whether it is true or fake appointment letter.
