On 18/12/2019, RPS group has offered me a position of Project Engineer. After interview at Office no. 10, F Wing, Sumith Samarth Arcade Bld. Aray Road Goregaon west, Mumbai 400062, Maharashtra. Mr. RP Singh (y Snr. Project Manager- RPS GROUP) has taken my interview and confirmed my employment at Abu Dhabi, he has also asked for rupees 50000 as a security deposit. Later on at the time of posting he postpended the date of joining many times. Employment Reference Number: RPS//D/1247
Niehter I have got any employment nor refund of the 50000 rupees, Now even ever I am trying to contact him, his phone got switched off and emails are also getting bounced back.
Please help me.

I have selected for a job of mechanical engineer in RPS groups at Dubai location. they give me a Agreement letter of job for terms and condition.
as per oagreement letter i have to pay 50000 rupees for the visa process which is mentioned in agreement letter.this amount is refundable after completing of one year of job. so, i have deposited 50000 rupees in above account no. after that so many time pass out neither give me a job or my refund amount. as per his mail i have send my cancelled offer letter for refund. but Mr. ram pratapsingh do not give me my refund amount, so i want to complain about to get my refund amount from RAM PRATAPSINGH RATHOD. do needful. i have all documents for the proof.

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
My interview was conducted on 27th December 2019 for the posting of Project Engineer in RPS Group at the following address: Office no. 10, F Wing, Sumith Samarth Arcade Bld. Aray Road Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra-400062, T[protected]/[protected]/[protected]
Mr. Ram Pratap Singh had taken interview and selected me for UAE project, He had asked me to pay a security refundable amount of 50, 000 Rs. + 5, 500 Rs. medical charge. On paying the security deposit he handed over me stamped and signed offer letter mentioning date of 23rd March 2020 as reporting at Dubai. Also informed that your visa will be ready within 14 to 21 working days. After these incidence his office was closed when visited many times, January 2020, February 2020, March and October 2020. He was replying only through mail that due to pandemic situation he was not able to continue to work from office. And assured for giving offer, and these assurance continued till March 2021 and after this I had received delivery failure to any of my mails.
It is humble request for anyone who is also victim or referring review about R P Singh, do not trust rather who already faced similar incidence like me we should together unite and take action on Mr. Ram Pratap Singh, Ms. Zoya Shaikh, Ms. Vaidehi Desai, and their related organization employees to avoid such a forgery in future.
I am mentioning my coordinates below, any victim who have faced this, got cheated by R P Singh and not received any money they paid security deposit, requesting to connect to form a chain or group for taking some action on him. And if any victim who received back the security deposit amount can guide to get those stuck money back from such fraud person.

Same happened with me & I have found more than 10 people's they also got cheated. I raised a fir at Maharashtra police online complaint section. Request to all please lodge a fir with all valid proof, then only police will take action. I already did that also request you all send strong mail with all the valid evidence to [email protected]

Dear Sir,
With respect to the above subject, I have attended an interview on 28th December 2019 for the posting of Project Engineer in RPS Group at the following address: Office no. 10, F Wing, Sumith Samarth Arcade Bld. Aray Road Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra-400062, T-022 66 710 777/932 412 8574/932 401 8595
Mr. Ram Pratap Singh has taken an interview and told me that you are selected for our Dubai based project for that have to pay a security refundable amount of 50, 000 Rs. + 5, 500 Rs. medical charge. And he refers me to a 4 Medical Centre located in Mumbai for a medical check-up. After checking their website and reviews I have paid the security amount as what they told and then they gave me a Hard copy of the Offer letter. After completing all the formalities, he told me that you will get a visa within 7 to 12 working days. But after some days their website and mail id has been blocked and their office landline still working but no one is there to receive the call and their office also is closed condition. Then only I recognized that I am thoroughly cheated by them. And also known through their website reviews so many persons have made as victims by them. I also found that they were running another organization name RPS logistics service, RPS Group, RPS Engineering & Consultancy, etc. groups. in the same address.
So, I request you to take necessary action on Mr. Ram Pratap Singh, Ms. Zoya Shaikh, Ms. Vaidehi Desai, and their related organization employees to avoid such a forgery in future and also request you to bring back my amount as soon as possible.
