Delivery uses abusive language and he shows no respect to customer. Even after many complaints to agency they don't care about the customer .There is no option for change agency .Only option to disconnect agency which i am doing now .

One of the worst Delivery person .That boy shows no respect to customer and he uses abusive languages .Even after many complaints to agency head that care a damn about customer all they make is loney and commission .

Hi, I am deepan bearing customer no[protected]RSR Bharat gas agency, Pallikaranai, Chennai (CC179404)), and my status seems to be blocked for more than a month's time and have given many activation requests letters and more, but the agency team is not at all responding to my concern. I am not able to avail my gas cylinder at right time. due too this my family is suffering a lot for food. the only result is am wasting my petrol for my bike...

I have booked my cylinder at the end of January 2015. On Feb 5th I received a message on my registered mobile stating my cylinder has been delivered. Still now (7th march 2015) I have not received the cylinder. I have called the gas agency multiple times and met them in person 6 times in the past 30 days.Every time they will say that I will receive the cylinder the next day, but still nothing happened. Since I got the message that my cylinder has been delivered on 5th Feb I assume they are doing some Malpractice by supplying the cylinder to hotels or selling in Black Market.Request to take stringent actions against such agencies to resolve consumer grievances. I have my account with RSR Bharat Gas agency, Pallikaranai, Chennai. My Consumer No is 38790597.
