Dear Sir,
I have sold my Car WB 24R 7362 ( Hyundai i20 Sportz) on 22nd July 2021. I have signed the Necessary Form Nos 28, 29, 30 etc for the same and handed over the Car with Smart Card to the buyer.

For your ready reference I attach a Copy of the Original Smart Card of the Car.

Unfortunately the buyer is taking a bit longer time to take up the Transfer Application with your office reportedly due to his sickness and hospitalization.

I am sending this intimation to you for necessary records and action as deemed fit. Following documents are attached in Copies.

1. Money Receipt for sale.
2. Delivery Note of the Car .
3. Original Smart Card of Car

This is for your information and Records please. Please advise if any other action is needed in case the purchaser is unable to submit the Papers to your office for still longer time due to sickness or whatever reason. I successfully done everything through RTO portal, I have been trying to get my LL Test Slot Booking and. Web portal always says slot not available though I tried to book the slot exactly at 8.00 am which was mentioned for Barrackpore RTO. I need my LL to follow the traffic rules on road during driving and if it happens this way it hampers my work.

I had passed my ll test on 03.11.2020 but the status is showing is pending but one of my firend passed the ll test on 9th of november and he got the ll number after 3-4 days and i did not got ll number after so many days. Please look into this matter as i need driving liscence urgently for work purpose. My application number is [protected]

My driving licence mcgw test was on 27/02/2020
I have passed the dl test on 28/02/2020

Current status
1. Approval of dl is under processing at rto level.
2. Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) pending.
3. Dispatch of the dl and psv badge pending.

Also i have a learner licence which was attached with the application, but now 14 days have been passed since no...

I am sandip chowdhury from sodepur I have applied for a two wheeler licence in barrackpore RTO office to MR raju who works in the RTO office I have given him 1800 RS to complete my DL I have passed online test for DL and have got the lanner license but its been 2 month that MR raju is not giving me any slot for my further skill test I have called him many times but he is not picking up my phone my leaner license has got expired so I am unable to do anything right now kindly look in the matter
