I have purchased a second hand car from an decorated army officer.
With all the documents required for the sell, it's an punjab vehicle and i have bought it in maharashtra nashik.
Had all the documents like rc book, insurance, puc, noc from bhatinda punjab. But the nashik rto official were not willing to cooperate even after 3-4 of my personal visits.
Then i decided to contact an rto agent who then began the work it was already 2 months me trying.
Rto agent began his work, even he started facing difficulty as even the small clerks where expecting some money under the table one of the names i heard was pangavne madam.
Second stop of bribe was assistant rto mr salvi. Then i had to ask the major general whose car i have bought to help in expediting, he then sent a jawan to check the progress, with all this slowness it was 8 months.

After much delay finally i payed the maharashtra road tax and the registration fees sum amount 45000 by demand draft.

Frankly i purchased the car for 1 lakh a wagon r lx. The unnecessary fine added 10000 for no reason.

Now these idiotic people have lost the file submitted for the maharashtra nashik number. Name from mr nikam rto officer nashik.

It's been now 10 months in the process.

What kind of incompetent, corrupt official do we have in maharashtra nashik rto.

And no process where an action can be taken against them.

My cost of car.
100000 original cost + 6000 agent + fine unnecessary + 10000 + registration and tax +35000 = 151000

Car still not registered in my name since one year.
