Doctor taken advantage of the patient of not knowing the disease.

Hello everyone one, this is now best business game with patients,
initially entertained in first visit,
Made payment of 9000 out of decided 18000 for premium crown teeth with root canal.
Payment made 3000+6000 after started treatment on 3rd sitting, and requested to allow balance 9500 paid on next sitting.
Forcely demanding balance payment to be paid immediately or future treatment will be cancelled.
As of now business and service till warranty should be parallel, but complete profit business followed insisted rather than getting complete service and it's warranty .
Following Some questions to be answered -
1. Health service providers like sabka dentist are not controlled by Indian government.
2. Why insurance plan limited for getting health treatment.
3. Panic situation in public due to health service unsatisfactory. Mental, physical, financial harrassment and making business with highest rank and highest profit.
4. Living in (made) india is punishment or struggling with basic human rights.
5. Right to living Healthy life is only serviced to money making kings or empowerment health in everyone to live in India.
6. Treatment control rules and regulations to live healthy servival rights keeping 1st priority in every business, service, etc. Upto endless treatment to every Indian.
7. For name and selfish sake only the name India being make by some profit making than Indians.

I had braces 2 years ago that time i came to know i will have to perform root canal treatment...so the doctors decided once the braces treatment is done they will finalize a crown on the front teeth which was performed root canal. Now when the braces treatment is over and time for the permanent cap they ruined it ...the cap wasn't made perfectly of the shape of the teeth and now the teeth are not aligned anymore...this the wastage of the 2 years treatment.

I have done major dental work in Sabka Dentist Aundh branch. It's around 5 RCT & 2 Tooth Plantation & this treatment is still going on from the last 18 months.

Now, one of my completed RCT teeth was broken the day before yesterday & I was informed of the branch & visited for a check up. Doctors said, due to broken natural teeth a new RC is not possible & requires teeth plantation for this. Whereas warranty is not applicable by Sabka Dentist.

My question is why is the warranty not applicable ?

Because at the time of RC treatment for these teeth, the shape was weakened by Doctor (Doctor Pritee). Same time it was broken & Doctor gave screw arrangement to support tooth cap. And gave surety to me, It will not break in future.

Now doctor Pritee is not working with this Sabka Dentist branch & new doctors are not taking responsibility for this particular tooth.

I request you to revise treatment by Sabka dentist at your own cost, whereas this is completely Sabka dentist Responsibility.

For this, I continuously following up with service department, but they not given mail response even.

I went to sabka dentist on 29th July 2020 for my root canal treatment, which costed me Rs 14000/- and was given a guarantee for 10-15 years for the treated tooth...but after which on 19th june 2021 i experienced treatment failure and my tooth that was treated fell down again which was fixed by the doctor and then again it fell down on 3rd sept when i visited the doctor, she said i have broken the treated tooth and hence will have to pay Rs 4000/- for the post treatment or Rs 30000/- for the surgery.

I was shocked and disappointed my trust is totally shaken, i have faced lot of inconvenience as well mentally and financially troubled, i need refund for my treatment.

I have paid 2000 rupees for scanning and 30000 rupees for aligners of 27 set in ahmedabad, I had to get xray done from outside for which I had to pay extra.

I was suppose to receive consulting and treatment from authorized orthodontist but it has been one month after making payment, I am not getting any proper response from Sabka Dentist, they had done lot of false promise on personalized attention for oral treatment but everything looks hollow. Please tell me the process to file case in consumer court if that is the last resort for me

Dr. Rahul is not ready to share his registration no. And the results was not at all satisfactory after 18 months and they are not ready for the full refund, waste of time, money making multi chain dentistry
After 18 months they are just ready to change the ortho specialist but not ready to show the registration no. and not ready to ready to refund.

Sabka dentist takes total payment first and then do the treatment and if patient after 2 - 3 visits asks for the refund due to any reasons they dont entertain I was supposed to bring my family and friends also but now I will tell 100 people not to visit Sabka dentist as they are target oriented, they have a target for separate treatments and they dont work for patients well being, I have made a loss of 17500 by making the payment first and due to my financial condition opted for EMI now I dont have any other way other than paying the EMI for next 9 months for the treatment which I was unable to complete. Well Sabka dentist can enjoy my 17500 I have asked the staff to deduct the charges for whatever services I have taken from them but no use, they are very rigid and there is no escalation matrix, I hope Mr Vikram Vora would read this feedback and will do something to approve my refund request. OR else you'll can continue with your business of fear and make money.

Dr were not proper, they extracted my 3 tooth's in 2015 .
treatment lasted till 2020 with very bad outcome.
Occlusion problem, I'm not able to bite at all.
I request Sabka dentist to refund my 36000.
the loss to teeth is irreplaceable but pls refund my money.

Im am 24 years old I'm got my braces at age of 21 from sabka dentist which was called my dentist back then .one of huge mistake in life was I got my treatment done from sabka dentist . After my braces my seven teeth were damaged the dentist suggested to get fillers I got fillers done which came of in one year I got fillers done again . While I was getting my filler dr Vivian accidentally broke a part of my teeth and admitted his mistake and filled it with cement but it didn't help the teeth got damaged and I had to do root canal .while I was getting my root canal I informed the dentist that my lower teeth fillers has came she told me I have to do root canal for all my teeth which was shocking if the dentist knew that to cure the issue I need to root canal why was I suggested fillers and asked to pay for it .
The dentist is only finding ways to rob patients .
I paid for dentist mistake which I shouldn't
Now I'm paying again for a major treatment which shouldn't have occured if the dentist would've taken right steps to cure it.
I had called on many numbers and wrote plenty emails .but never got any revert now I'm forced to go consumer court because sabka dentist is ignorant and fraud
At such a young age I have to to so much physical pain because the doctors are ignorant .

The only option the dentist is providing me is only bridge and implants. Which is pathetic.

With help of bajaj finance the doctor made sure he is charging me bomb amount..

I am totally unsatisfied by my new deanture prepared by Sab ka dentist, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad...I approached Sab ka dentist for my new denture is my life's biggest mistake...First of all it took much more time to be prepared.
Denture dose not fit in any way...

I have opted for braces treament in the month of feb 2020 from sab dentist ( sion branch ) it's been more than a year still the braces were not even fitted on half of the teeth.me and my friend start the braces treament together from same month but from different branch but her ortho doctor fitted braces on her all the teeth.the same thing i have discuss with my ortho doctor but he never gave me a proper explantion nor a response. The brace only gives good service or importance to the sales not in service.and i am not happy with the service which i am getting from sion brach.i would request you to change my ortho doctor or else please ask him to give a proper service to the client.

I have opted for clip in treatment from 1.5 years, I will not get any difference in my teeth and now they are saying you have to do extraction cost ₹7000 for 4 teeth befoe I paid ₹28000 then they are asking ₹7000 . So kindly check and put them under bars

Sabka Dentist, Colaba - This is in reference to my mom tooth’s root canal treatment. From past 6 months, she has been undergoing the treatment but result is that my mom is facing intolerable pain now and then yielding unfavourable results at all times. Dr, does cleaning then says ...now is fine but still the problem persists. Even the senior doctors are not showing any concerns or any reviews in reference to the severity of the case meaning there management & Guidelines are really bad. This reflects to me as the senior Dr are supporting their subordinates & thus are not interested in resolving the problem of the patient. However, Senior Dr. equally responsible for this mess. Upset with this dental Clinic.

My name is saroja devendran i would like to inform that i was misguided by sabka dentist sion store.in the month of feb 2020 i had visited sion branch i had consulted dr dipika bangera she has suggested me for ceramic braces treament and i was told along with the teeth extration the total cost of this treament will be 29, 000. I was told by ortho doctor that they will need remove my 4 teeths for brcaes treatment out of 4 teeth one teeth was damaged because of cavity they told me that they will remove my damaged teeth along with 3 normal teeth. And they i don't need to pay any additional charges. Hence i got agreed on the same. And i paid 29000 on the same day kindly refer below screen shot for your refernce.
In the month of july when i visited the clinic for my 1st tooth extration i met dr sharmi that time she unfortunatly she couldn't remove the teeth properly and she was able to remove only half part of the teeth and she told you can leave the clinic now when i asked her that she had only removed half part of my teeth what about the remaining part? Is there any issue she said there is no issue and suggested me some take some pain killer and antibiotic and said it will get curr in 3 to 4 days. And i went home
On the same around 5 pm. I got a phone call from the clinic and she i was told that you have to visit the clinic again our senior daughter wanted to check your teeth. As per the telephonic conversation on the same day i had visited the clinic. Another senior (Speaclist) doctor done a minor surgery and removed the remaining part of the teeth.
After that in the month of august 2020 i again visited the clinic for 3rd teeth extration the doctor sharmi was again not able to remove the teeth properly. She was only able to remove half part of the teeth and said i won't be able to remove the rest part of the teeth. And she told me that she will had a word with the senior doctor and get back to me with in 2 days.
And on 28 august 2020 i got a call from dr sharmi and i was told that she won't be able to remove the teeth without surgery and for sugery she again need to call her sernior (Specialist) doctor for teeth surgery. But this time i have to pay additional 2000rs.

I told her that dr dipika has told that extration charged is included in 29000. But dr sharmi she is denying saying u have to pay more 2000 then only we will proceed with the treament. And she also said if you don't want to pay additional amount then don't do a sugery don't remove the teeth which was damaged. We will remove your another normal teeth. And i had denied for the same.

One more thing all my tooth extersion was done by dr sharmi whenever i had visted to sion sabka dentist she was not able to remove the teeth properly due to which i have suffered with the pain for more then a week
Really disappointed with your bad service and false commitment. I just wanted to tell you one thing due to covid19 crisis i lost my job i won't be able to pay any additional charges. And bye the way this is your mistake not mine i will not pay any additional amount.

I have been in discussion with doctors at sabka dentist at paldi branch (Dr. Hiral thakkar) and i was demonstrated 3m clear braces with white and metal wire along with some other options. My quotation is with 3m self ligature bracket ceramic along with other options which was demonstrated to me in picture/or on dummy model.

After viewing brackets on dummy denture i agreed with 3m self ligature ceramic braces. By the time treatment has been finalized dr. Hiral thakkar has been transferred to maninagar and my treatment has been finalised by dr. Priya patel at maningar branch (After consultation with dr. Hiral thakkar) as she requested me to start treatment at maningar branch.

At maninagar branch also, ceramic bracket of 3m was demonstrated to me on dummy denture. I agreed for terms and cost and i did basic payment and opted for bajaj fin. Services for balance payment.

But when my braces was bonded, it was not the same which was demonstrated to me. My actual braces is with lots of metal where as clear ceramic braces without a dot of metal was demonstrated to me. When i escalated this matter to dr. Priya, dr. Hiral and their senior dr. Isha, they simply told me that 3m is not giving self ligature ceramic braces in india (And they never demonstrated model of actual braces which they have fixed on my teeth). I asked them to give me declaration on their letter head but they simply denied to provide it. Even dr. Priya has blocked my number on whats app stating that it is her personal number (And she never had any f... Ing problem to convince me for treatment and for payment from the same personal number.) and dr. Hiral has stopped to pick my calls.

I want the same braces which i was committed or reimbursement from sabka dentist.

Sabka dentist is total scam. I visited sabka dentist for consultation and after 4-5 days they called me for checking treatment video for invisalign brases on same day (31 jan 2020) i had booked the treatment with down payment of 6175 rs and rest amount is paid through bajaj finserv emi card. Due to personal some reason i wanted to cancel the treatment booked on the same day. But they refused to do that, they stoped giving reply to my messages and phone calls. So next day i visited sabka dentist pune viman nagar. They ignored me for 1-2 hrs and later they refused to give refund. I contacted sabka dentist and bajaj finance. Bajaj finance does not have any issue with cancellation but when i called sabka dentist they asked me to write mail to feedback department and customer service department. They are still ignoring my request and told me that they will not refund the down payment given to them and they will only cancel the bajaj emi. When i had paid 6175 rs the bill is generated for 65000 rs including 6175 (Down payment) + 3250 (Discount) + 55575 (Bajaj emi amount). So now they are charging me 20% of bill amount (65000). I am going to file complain against them for fraud of 65000 rs.

The treatement of my wife mrs. Pratima soni's tooth implant was done by dr. Himani nanavati at sab ka dentist., dhanjay tower, satellite branch ahmedabad on may 2019. Your doctor first giving me estimation of fill a 5 teeth and i made a payment of 5 teeth by bajaj finance when the treatment started only 4 teeth was fitted. The doctor say's and conviese the 1 teeth charges rs.7750. Is refunded in 10 days. But no refund me on that day. I was many time request to doctor for this regards but no positively response for this matter. I have request a refund within 10 days, otherwise i was forced to legal action.. Hope you this matter solved you in 10 days.

At Sabka Dentist, it was a great treatment experience, but pathetic customer service. We had taken Bajajfinserv loan and as the treat proceeded, it was decided by doctor that we would not be able to able to undergo 2 treatments from the list of treatments suggested.I have been following for this correction of loan amount from last 4 months and there has been NO proper communication and commitment, neither from doctors nor from the finance staff of Sabka dentist. Now, after the doctors changed at the branch, the new staff/doctor commited to fix this by 20th to 25th August and nothing done yet, even after following up multiple times. After this pathetic experience I have decided not to take any services from Sabkadentist anymore. I would also cascade and share about this experience with all my friends/colleagues and relatives. (sic)

Santacruz west sabka dentist clinic suppose to schedule date and time of patient but they were not responding to patient's call or message.
If any problem occur while scheduling they should inform us via message or call. They charged for treatment but not caring patients.
Please follow below mentioned to avoid bad impression
1. Should inform patients about appointment and why they are scheduling
2. Take care of patients because they are paying you
3. Should arrange responsible doctor quickly for patient if assigned doctor is not available.

I'm visited at sabka dentist for tith clearing, once after cleaning payment time doctor is giving bad response front of me.
As per my appointment i have to pay 100/-.
Doctor is asking for 300/- advance paymet for me next appointment.
I say i have only 100 rs after that she is smiling means in-short she is inculcating me.
And again she is speaking loudly.
So this is sabka dentist customer services.
Jolly doctors.
Rich doctors are setting there.
Making fool jokes of customers.

I have done my brecess treatment in vasai west branch with Dr. Aditya. He has not did properly treatment. When he remove brecess after 1 month I get the retainer after doing many follow ups. Your staff dont have care about their customers.. When I shouted her 2-3 times then finally she called me for retainer. Then I feel gap in my tooth I showed Mr. Aditya said now I can't help...
It was immediate after 1 and half months but he has not help. Even after remove Brecess that new girl cleaning also not done properly. That sticky thing on tooth is damaged my cheeck inside. When the electric machine use to stick the metal. That portion not removed properly.

While treatment in uper tooth he remove 2 theets ok and the brecess has attached for one side and second side he did not attached till last tooth... So one side tooth pulled properly and another side not that is why I mean facing gap issue..

Lower side he removed only one tooth of front and middle...

I don't know why this uneducated people you hired in your high class hospital...
I am fed up.. I want my money back or resolution. If you giving treatment then pls tell any experience n good doctor. Not the same person..
