I have done my brecess treatment in vasai west branch with Dr. Aditya. He has not did properly treatment. When he remove brecess after 1 month I get the retainer after doing many follow ups. Your staff dont have care about their customers.. When I shouted her 2-3 times then finally she called me for retainer. Then I feel gap in my tooth I showed Mr. Aditya said now I can't help...
It was immediate after 1 and half months but he has not help. Even after remove Brecess that new girl cleaning also not done properly. That sticky thing on tooth is damaged my cheeck inside. When the electric machine use to stick the metal. That portion not removed properly.

While treatment in uper tooth he remove 2 theets ok and the brecess has attached for one side and second side he did not attached till last tooth... So one side tooth pulled properly and another side not that is why I mean facing gap issue..

Lower side he removed only one tooth of front and middle...

I don't know why this uneducated people you hired in your high class hospital...
I am fed up.. I want my money back or resolution. If you giving treatment then pls tell any experience n good doctor. Not the same person..

Firstly I have started my treatment 2 years ago which got completed soon. And after that I have started treatment for my remaining teeth. I haven't got any of the bills for the payment done and nor from last approx 2 months (more than a month) I have not got any of the appointment for my further treatment. One of my teeth is yet opened after the 2 sittings of root canal but there is no further treatment planned and nor I got the bills also.br...

Dr hardik v maxofacial surgeon performed my impacted wisdom teeth extraction surgery at thane gokhale branch.

His tool handling skills are so mindblowing that he broke my other tooth also. Not in history any doctor would have caused such a damage during extraction.
When you complain to them the entire doctors and their patient care team is not taking responsibility and only saying that the teeth was already decayed.
My teeth was firm not shaky and fine it cannot be broken unless someone used tools and put pressure incorrectly.

If they had checked x rays and it was decayed then the doctor must take extra care not to harm adjacent teeth while extraction. It is doctor negligence and the sabkadentist must refund the amount for such a blunder.
But instead they are looking at business opportunity and asking me to get teeth repaired at discounted rate at their clinic.

The entire sabka dentist is fraud, they are not helping anyone rather if you go there they will damage something else so patient is only paying more money.
Please dont go to sabka dentist rather visit any local dentist.

This is only for pure business and patient are always at loss.

Me and my sister are undergoing braces treatment in your sabka dentist clinic from the past 9 months.The orthodontist is available only once a month. His behaviour is very casual and he is always in a hurry to get the rid of patients asap. The brackets on my lateral incisors is incorrectly placed and the doctor is refusing to make any corrections. He says this is the best he can do. In my past appointments there has been several instances where the doctor missed out a bracket while putting the elastics. I have to then wait till the next month. It has been an horrendous experience with sabka dentist vasai east location, maharashtra.

1. I paid in full for dental implants last year in april 2018.

2. There was issue with the implants, lack of doctors attention and the implant specialist.

3. At the doctor’s office promises are made of call back and work done asap.

4. But every time i have to call about my ambutments and the implant schedule and fix.

5. Very careless attitude poor receptionist are not aware when the work will come, then when will the implantalogist be available to give an appointment. There is only one implantalogist. So bigg brand.

6. The doctor’s make assurances and either they leave the job and my case is left unattended, i have to make calls and follow up.

7. The new doctor make assurances and will give a call back to me in a day or two, i wait for four days no call from the doctor’s at sabka dentist and then when i call poor receptionist says doctor who attended me is on leave this week.

There is alot to say during this course of one year still with false tooth instead of implant, a visit to dentist just whenever the implantalogist is available. It’s not the patient’s choice they make decision as to when they will see the patient.

I only requested treatment on saturday as per my work schedule, still i was called during week days at times i adjusted.

Sabka dentist has made me realise the biggest error decision of my life.

Note: doctors are very unprofessional not well skilled or equipped.

Please please do not visit this place, stay away from it. If you have ample time and patience then too don’t think of it. Doctor who signed me for the procedure asked me of any illness, then i didn’t have any but now after a year i have blood pressure problems and restlessness

I had started braces treatment with “my dentist”
During my last session before removing my braces it was my doctors last day as he was resigning from my dentist. I was assured that i will receive my retainers within one week. But even after 2 weeks i didn’t get it and my entire teeth alignment started changing again. My perfectly aligned teeth started shifting back and becoming crooked again for no fault of mine. They gave me the retainers after 1 month of my braces removal but by then damage was done. Even now my lower teeth are crooked n upper teeth are back. It is so shameful on their part they took 30, 000₹ from me and all got wasted. I am still wearing retainers but no luck with teeth alignment again.

Doctors are rude and behave badly.in this time “my dentist” changed to “sabka dentist” so basically now they don’t care about clients who enrolled with my dentist. It’s a complete scandal.

Even my grandparents went through the same problem. They literally cheated the poor senior citizens of almost more than ₹1 lac with no courtesy to follow up.

If anyone is reading this please don’t take any services from sabja dentist. They will take ur money and forget about you. They will not care at all about what results u were hoping and what you got. They take money before treatments and then forget completely about the client.

In my case it was completely their fault because of miscommunication between the doctor and staff and i am the one who is suffering here. I need my money back!

I had gone for a routine check up to sabka dentist dadar branch - got cleaning & polishing done. The doctor said 4 fillings need to be done to which i agreed.

To my horror, soon after returning home, my gums were swollen & bleeding on either side, 2 fillings came off. I have not been able to chew & eat normal food since february 18. Have visited the clinic 4 times.
The final nail in the coffin was that i was injured & left with a scar on the right side of my face near the lips, the last time i visited when the doctor was again trying to do the filling.

What started as a mere cleaning & polishing of teeth, has ended becoming a nightmare, where i am not able to chew properly, the filling has not been done properly, has come out twice, my gums were swollen & bleeding for almost 3 weeks. & i am left with a scar on my face.
When i complained, the senior lady official was extremely rude, said the scar will go away on its own & tried defending the doctor. After rigorous follow up, i received part reimbursement of the total amount paid.

The lady official said, will reimbursement of the total amount take away the scar on your face... What apathy?

Am cheated, injured & now have to spend time & more money to do the dentist rounds.

I have visited sabka dentist karve statue branch pune for tooth ache. They advised me to do root canal with crown but they were unable to diagnose properly. They did root canal and re-root canal in my 2teeth. But there was still no relief but instead they broke 1tooth and led to extraction of it. My other tooth was also extracted as the pain was still not relieved. They have wasted my money and both tooth. They are very pathetic and irresponsible doctors. No one is able to diagnose properly. They fight with the patient very badly to prove themselves. They have no humanity. It's their business. They make complications instead of giving proper treatment. They are playing with the patient's life. Have never seen doctors like this. No one responds from customer care service. Please think before visiting.

My treatment is going in kamoth saba’s dentist clinic. After measurement my ceramic breace come with different shade than i have selected and this happened with me twice and i don’t know what will be happen in third time so plzzz do needful for patient, bcoz of treatments them work is pending. This is happened in kamothe clinic. If i am playing for good quality they have to do the proper work. That’s my request

I visited the chain and got some basic fillings done. They also had to replace a cap that was dislodged from a pre-existing root canal. Instead of doing the needful they recommended other 'more costly' treatments aka implant that was going to cost me ₹40, 000. Luckily i did not go for an implant and another dentist just fixed it with another cap. As for the other cavities that they just filled, they dug into the tooth so much that they exposed a nerve to the filling, and now i have sensitivity everytime i bite something hard. Now i need to get a root canal to fix this.

On another note their doctors seem really young and inexperienced. And there is good turnover (The dentist that fixed my tooth has already left the organisation). My advice for others would be to visit a standalone clinic or a hospital as most of them have a reputation to protect and market. Here the doctors don't care as they see it as a training ground before they open their own clinics.

Last month i visited sabk dentist dadar for braces treatment half amount is paid and half is while starting treatment they didn't said that you have to clear your payment in 6 month and but took sign on some paper with out explaining the policy. Now i have completed my six months and 1.5 years is remaining and they are demanding for other half payment, we said we don't know such policy and we are going to pay monthly and start her treatment. So they were like first bring money and then start the treatment. Dadar sabka dentist insults their patients and are hungry for money

Recently i had infection in left top molar which was already had rc earlier. They took n numbers of x rays but couldn't came to firm decision. Sent me back untreated saying "specialist is needed". I waited days until they get specialist's appointment as per his availability.
So called specialist removed rc crown, removed filling and then realized that this molar was already built/constructed (By placing some metal support inside) which he didn't see in first place. By this time the wall of molar was made thin in the name of cleaning. He said re-rc is needed and another specialist is needed to check if crown can be made. He placed temporary filling and sent me after i made the payment. I waited days until they get this second specialist appointment. The infection is still untreated.
After days of waiting second specialist came and looked and within minute said yes crown can be made.
Now back to first sp. Who was not available for several weeks, but i waited for him. The infection is still there. After waiting, this sp. Says there is a crack and he cannot re-rc and this molar should be extracted and implant is needed.

If i would have been in his place, my first preference would be to give enough strength to the weak teeth which will sustain for weeks until further treatment and would have started medicines for infection. But that's just a thought from an engineers perspective.

The delay in getting those so called specialist, not getting the clear pictures from x rays, not able to make firm decisions, money first wellness secondary approach, having trainee like staff including so called specialist ; not maintaining hygienic procedure (Specialist coming from other location on bike and sweating directly starts treatment without washing hands as they feel wearing only gloves will suffice) are responsible for my current situation. I am now left with weak /thin shell of molar with infection still untreated.

If the specialist would have done the re-rc in the first place and in first appointment itself, i wouldn't have been writing here.

I booked Root canal Treatment Which costed arround 5000 some discounts were going so it came to 3850/- And 6000 For bracket. This was the Quotation given and I paid for root canal. Full payment done. But for 2nd sitting they asked me for payment of filling and said filling will cost extra. Even my ortho treatment hasnt completed yet its been 4 long years. I contacted customer care who did nothing about this. Not to go to this Clinic ever.

I have approached sabka dentist for orthodontics treatment by march 2018, 6 months down, they have now provided satisfactory results. Moreover, they did not mend the damaged tooth properly which got affected while extractions. A bracket also broke while the extraction process which took place in June 18 and on my appointment August 18 the bracket was still not order.They took more than 80% of the payment and are now delaying the treatment asking for rest of the money. On contacting the customer care service, they are providing vague reasons for not providing with the refunds and are asking to visit the clinic so that they can complete the procedure. So, somethings they were taking so long can be done in one appointment after you file a complaint. On asking for the refund they are denying to do so stating that " you already have brackets on, so we cant say ", " our doctors will review and tell if the treatment is proper or not." On researching few more refund complaint cases, the sabka dentist have not provided refunds for the treatment which were not started, however treatment money was taken in full.

Sabka dentist is high on money extortion principle and not on customer value. They have payment policy in place but not the refund policy. Also cannot provided detailed information when asked for.

Very bad ortho doctor and treatment. No positive results. 18000 wasted. I spent more 18000 and completed the treatment from good dentist. Pathetic and uneducated doctors.
But i didn't found any improvement in my teeths instead of improvement my smile got worst.. And my uper jaw teeths moved in one direction and when i went to another dentist for taking suggestions that what can i do and how it will get corrected?

He straight forward told me that your treatment went wrong and you have to start your treatment from beginning.

When i informed all this to sbka dentist doctor they only told me to come and visit the branch that's it apart from this they did not helped me and they are asking me pay all the fees again to do the treatment again

You all can understand that i have already paid full amount at my dentist and now i have to pay to other dentist for my treatment.

Very poor service... Experience was so bad... I booked prior appointment for dombivli clinic on week before for sr citizen person. Even after that on time they not treated and called again and again. They made completely helpless and literally said to go out. Even after complaining the tone was arrogant. They have not mercy. Would recommend never to go there.

I mrs geeta anchan had called in head office on 2 july 2018 evening at 5:50 pm regarding my tooth, for which i was receiving treatment from airoli clinic - dr. Bhavya amin from the month of may. As i had unbearable pain and swelling, i had to go to our old known dentist. He checked and adviced me to remove the tooth as the root canal treatment was not proper. I want refund of rs 5000 which i had paid. As the doctors behaviour is not good i dont want to go there again so what is the process to get refund. I have kept the extracted tooth for evidence.

A year ago my mom implanted a single tooth which cost her more than 25k, after a year a piece broke out of that implanted teeth we went back to the santacruz west sabka dentist, after a long time i mean after 2/3 weeks dr. Visited n said "we will need tools to take this implant out, as soon as we bring the tool we will call u" since then it's been more than 45 days there no call from dentist, nor any rply from dr... What kind of service you all are trying to provide to your customers... This is the worst service i've ever seen...

Visited sabka dentist clinic in pimple saudagar kunal icon and decided to start orthodontic treatment of braces. They told me to pay rupees 8000 for booking the treatment and to avail the discount.
After two days, i changed the decision to do the treatment and hence informed the same to sabka dentist and requested to pay me the amount i had paid to them.
They refused saying that money once paid would not be given back.
My treatment had not started and just in 2 days i had told them that i would not do the treatment, even that they did not agree to refund me the money.

Extremely disappointed with the treatment and services offered in sabka dentist. My daughter visited their clinic for a tooth decay, which was poorly diagnosed as mere filling and in the consultation lured us into buying orthodental treatment. Like a stupid consumer because the doctor cajoled us into believing limited offer period, we paid for the treatment.

Following this, once the money was taken they did not us back for any appointment. After several requests and constant phone calls they finally responded.

The treatment was extremely painful and in no time the tooth which was filled starting paining. Later they diagnosed it with root canal. Root canal procedure was extremely painful and was handled by more than two doctors. Very unprofessional. It has been 5 months and the root canal treatment is not complete yet.

Orthodental treatment has also been extremely painful and no proper care or doctors have no time to listen to any problems.

The record is not maintained regularly. Management functions poorly. No intimation about appointments.

Extremely disappointed with their services. Would like to proceed with a complaint for refund of money and the agony my daughter has gone through. It's nothing but another corporate dungeon hungry for middle class consumers.

I had received a call for discount offer for cleaning seating which includes cleaning and polishing both at thr price of rs.100/-. I visited and again confirmed with lady dealing reception of clinic. The dr. Gajjar madam had given treatment and it was worst experience. Dhe treated me as very roughly way. Not given proper time and after i checked one two front teeth remained. I also asked her to do this so she decided and called next patient. Still i am suffering bad experience. Please people don't go to this branch.

I had visit sabka dentist and finalise for ceramic braces and made payment on 17th march till now treatment not started. They said nothing about tooth extraction, first take payment then cleaning filling and payment for this too. Then they said u hav to extract teeth and now again 1_2 week gone. When it come for braces they book appointment but forget to send braces kit... Soo careless

My parents went for routine dental checkup 8 months ago. Their agents with extreme convincing skills convince my father for treatment. During that 4 doctors were replaced. Which lead to improper treatment.
-their cost is extremely high compare to other dentist.
-dentists over here at ahmedabad branch are always fresher without adequate experience.
-measurement in implant was even done wrong.
-accounts is extremely fraud. We have all invoices hard copy.in their system old date invoice amounts are amended.
- if only price was issue than would neglect but treatment is even worst.
Over there met one patient who is just yound and started treatment with sabka dentist, he didnt have enough money. Sabka dentist provided installment and now after year and half he is still paying sabka dentist. And delayed his wedding due to this treatment. Today when again i went with my father that guy came back to hydrabad (Due to his job transfer) as even this ahmedabad dentist spoiled his treatment.

I started my treatment 16 days back for rct. They said it is require only 5 sittings and will be done in 10 days. Now i have been there 4 time already and half of it also not done. This sad day i visited the sabka dentist office at airoli branch about four months ago, for a root canal treatment.

The treatment was done, and just after three week the tooth began to pain and the tooth pain was so severe that i had to take leave from my office.

I called in the clinic, and was put to take pain killers for like two-three weeks, till then the doctor who did the treatment left.

After the tooth pain became worse, tooth was pulled out.

The root canal is now being done again, from last two months.

Does it take four month to do a root canal, however complicated the teeth condition is??

And my teeth was in a normal condition, as doctor did not inform anything about the complications.

Problems being faced at the clinic:-

They treat us like underdogs, because the dentist get a regular salary, and give a damn about the customers

No appointments on time, i have to call and ask for the appointments

No on time treatment, if we have been assigned a treatment of 2pm. It will never start then

I lost my 8000 rupees by visit the clinic, i will never suggest anyone to go there refund my money.

My filling treatment was done before i started brasis treatment. After few month filling is not in place i getting sensitivity and bleeding on part. I told to dr for many time shes neglating complineevery time nd month. If i insist for an appointment i will called then after she told that material is not availble then why she called me?? After all that happend she told me tht i have to pay chrges, coz it has been over a year!! Why should i pay?? When shes negalting me for many months she also take charge for removable appliance twice when its already included in my brasis treatment and which i already paid when i started my treatment. Now when i asking for returning my payment her ans is for every month is that ya next month will definitely return ur payment by bank check. Now my payment is not getting back yet!! It has been 6 months now i want my payment back with interest! Shes not care about patients time and money! Shes careless and lazy dr i have ever seen!!

Almost one year back i had to go for my root canal for my two teeth on front. The doctor took almost two to three months for the correction. They did not provide any x ray or the proofs that they are suppose to do. For each and every correction the doctors keep on changing which seems to be uncomfortable. At bout after fixation of the teeth almost bout 4 months the one teeth started to get shaky and loosened. As i got afraid of gulping the teeth i just removed it with my bare hand. When i return back from abroad i went again to the clinic with their result and broken teeth. The doctor started to explain the whole procedure and took around 4000 rs. Furiously i told her that i won’t pay. But she keep on insisting i had to. Since i had limited time for all such things i had to pay her. The doctor said will get the confirmation call. Twice i had to call to clinic for the next appointment or whatever. I am not at all satisfied with their work and the way of treating the patient. I would really suggest to stop going after such fake clinics.

It has been almost an year and 2 months for my smile correction treatment and no improvement has been observed. I wont get a call for the next appointment. The doctor wont see me for 2 months and if i insist for an appointment, i will be called to far off centres just to see his face. I was told that my treatment will be handled only on weekends. My appointment is scheduled for odd days like mondays and thursdays. What was promised to me when i first got their was 6 months. I have had this lingual braces for almost an year and two months and i have paid 65000 and what they have done is not even worth anything and doctor and staff orders me and asks me to come on whatever day they like and doesn't respond to my calls. I have all the documents with me.
