Hi, our appointment was scheduled @ 5:30 pm on 28th of oct 2017 at sabka dentist located at mira road branch coordinated by branch staff swati with paedo for my 5 year old kid suffering from dental issue. We went with the xray to consult with paedo given appointment on that day. Our experience was so annoying to find unethical since we were made to sit and wait for the turn from 5:45 till 7:45 that my child was almost in miserable state as there were no place to sit inside/around and we just managed standing outside waited two long hours for our turn and when those set of clients stepped in post our arrival had finished off their turns earlier which was unethical and uncaring. And finally when we had our turn which at the last completed with paedo we then got to discuss on the pricing part as the gic filling was quoted initially rs 1450/- and then she gave a second pricing of 1100/- per tooth so we requested her for final discount as the gic filling pricing quote was 525/- per tooth from another branch so we requested her to make it 800/- per tooth however it was so disappointing to see her unfriendly and rude attitude towards us as what we expected was completely missing in her. She was rude and uncaring with ill-treated customer relationships the way she treated us on the pricing. She absolutely lacks professionalism. On top of that she did not show any courtesy and was haste and rough on her dealing with us.
On contrary, i must appreciate the conduct of dr. Kirti from bhayander branch for her friendly hospitable consultation that day to us however the paedo was not avalible during my visit to branch of bhayender so we had to seek consultation with paedo available at mira road branch that day..

Sabka dentist start calling me again and again to start treatment. I negotiated and finalized treatment for 21, 000 that has to be pain in instalments. They also said your treatment will be not take more than 10 months and took me in confidence. They started treatment and calls me every month for appointment only till my whole payment is not done. After my full payment is done they just stop giving me appointment. When i called they talked rudely. Such a disgusting staff they even dont treat customers nicely. I also said staff that i will take serious action against you but they didn't care. After 10 months as well my treatment is still pending. I asked doctor every month how long it will take to finish, now he says he can't say anything. My whole money is waste now.
I have each and evey receipt of payment not i will take serious action

They are not "sabka dentist" but "chu* dentist" —

They take the money in hurry before the diagnoses stating that today is the offer and its the last day to avail the offer.

The same happened with us where my mothers re-root canal was done where they were not sure if the tooth will be saved or not yet they made us take the emi option for the tooth capping worth 9000/- without even completing the root canal treatment and the diagnosis.

While removing the existing metal tooth capping my mother was put to a lot of pain and mental torture as they were hammering the tooth with a lot of force which ultimately broke my mothers original tooth stump for which my mother was blamed at the end (Illitrate and illmannered #* doctors)!!!

Now that the tooth stump has been broken by them for sure the tooth capping cannot be fitted and hence, logically they are supposed to return the entire amount of rs. 9000/- which they are refusing to return instead forcing to put in extra 25 to 30 thousand and go for the tooth implant which we for sure do not want to go for at sabka dentist.

They are refusing the refund of the entire said amount even when we have not gone through the tratement at all.

This is a pure case of fraud that sabka (Chu*) dentist is doing to the customers.

On that as correctely said by the other disheartened customers of sabka dentist the staff as well as the dentistists are extremly rude and loud to its customers after eating/filling their filthy pockets with our hard earned money.

They have the odasity to even look into the customers eyes after giving such a pethatic customer service and experience!

I will never ever recommend any one to visit them.

Return my hard earned money or i will sue your company and drag you to the consumer court and shame you with the help of the social media as i am a social activist.

Vasai east branch. Staff was very rude. We visited this branch a month ago and my husband wanted to get rct for two of his tooth. Due to financial issues we told that we wont do the treatment now as its costing 19000. After few days we got a call from the clinic to get it done for 15000. We started arranging money. Now on 19/07/17 we went to the clinic again. This time there was a different person. She was very rude at first. We ingnored it. Then she told us the prices has been changed and it will cost around 19000 to get the treatment done. Hence we denied doing. That s when she started behaving rudely and commented that you can same discount always. Its our need. Also she is giving us free consultation. And that my husband us the one with rotten teeth. It was my worst experience ever.

Its been three weeks now since they took measurement of my tooth implant and they havent called me till now to fix the cap. They were supposed to call me and fix an appointment for fixing the cap as implant is already done and measurement of the cap has been taken three weeks back. Every time i call to fix the appoitment, they keep saying dr is on leave. Dr. Manan has been looking into my case but this is the second instance where in i have been told he has gone out for vacation. I have spent like 50, 000 rs for all my root canals, implants etc till now with sabka dentist (My dentist) but the kind of service they have been giving now is pathetic. I still have that implant metal in my mouth with no cap since more than three weeks now. I call everyday, sometime they say they wil call back and sometimes they don't even pick the call. Even when they are fixing appointment, they fix it according to doctor's choice of time and not customers.

They are Sales person not Dr. Swiped my 37000 without my knowledge by saying "ye aaj ka offer hai" asked for my card by saying we wl check that aapke card pe emi hota hai kya & swiped my card.They also told me u have to pay for tongue crib it wl be fixed with braces 2 months passed away nothing has been done only braces. Now one of my braces clip broked the new dr. Was so rude not ready to check at all jst saying we cant help apply wax.wen i said its painning then she with full attitude told me to come inside the clinic and said WE CANT HELP APPLY WAX. Now my mouth skin is getting tear everyday if something happened to my mouth who is goin to take responsibility in sabka dentist. Dr. Duty is 2 tkcr of patient even on behalf of other dr. Bt this guys r disgusting and careless wid so much attitude. Please check my attached pics and atlst wid some courtesy tell concern person of sabka dentist how u guys will help ur patient.& let that new dr. to give answer can she apply wax on dis?
