At the Lucknow Agra express way. toll blaza employers of Lucknow toll had taken double charge from me . first they had told me that you don't have enough balance in your fast tag so they had taken cash 600 from me and also have deducted the balance from my fastag which was 600.
Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible and provide me my refund which was 600 . Here the proof has been attached

I was charged double the one side tax in cash although my fastag is ok & balance is enough.
One side tax (Rs. 52) deducted on third time crossing of toll, charged double.
But in 24 hrs, only Rs.39 to be charged, as per daily pass.

I was driving from vizag to srikakulam today on 05/08/2020
At 19:37 I was passing chilakapalem toll plaza..
They deducted from my fasttag and again forced me to pay in cash saying that fasttag not worked..

After 10min I got a msg that money deducted from my fasttag account..

I had the receipt and sms

Sms says passing time 07:37:14PM and deducted 45rs

And receipt timing 19:37:23 and forced me to pay 45rs

This is the fraud that is happened

What I'm supposed to do..

Can u go to consumer court?

I am a defence person passing through aaroli toll chittorgarh rajasthan with my family by a hired vehicle
They behave roudely and talking noncece with and my family'
I show my i card and also a letter of nhai auth but he not agreed

I feel very sham on our system and those who operate the own rule like that

Sahakar global ltd has toll booth on national highway jalandhar to pathankot, their toll booth at cholang pass does not charge as per their guidelines . As per on date 12- aug -2014, at the time 08:06:24 they charge us rs 35 as per their guidelines, after that as per on date 17 aug 2014 time 10;00:14 they charged us rs 70 inr . When we argued with them that our car registration is within district they donot understand or follow thier guidelines...
