My deposit amount rs.50000 not refund...

Sir i have an fd from sahara cooperative society 39353approx for 3yrs
But after maturity amount not refunded my money by sahara company
Maturity amount approx 60000

Branch manager misbehaving with me
He not responding sooner

I complaint many times to sahara company
But they not cooperative with me

My monthly rd is completed on 23/02/2017 account opened on 23/02/2012
But tonk sector manager mr rahamatulla is not giving me meturity amount. He said that company dont have enough money, so i m anable to pay. You can go to consumer court, i complaint to mr. Purshottam (Sawai madhopur) he told me same words like mr. Rahamatulla
Please help me to get my money as soon as possible. Its too late. I am waiting since 9 months...
