People are not getting there money back after the matured date they keep on extending the date. According to me if it keeps going like people will stop availing opportunities from this cooperation. It a humble request to the cooperation to do something welfare and productive of people and the motives on which the whole cooperation is established. This is the last time i'm investing in cooperation where it's not administered properly.

I have a q shop fd for 12, 000/- when i gone for encashing the same. They misguided me and again invested my amo unt in their other scheme instead of doing payment for that. Much shocking is that all the documentation done by the branch are fraud as that was done on back dated. As fy 2017-18 already over. They are doing documention in back date. It's very surprising and it's clear too their moto not good. They are clearly make fool the peoples who has invested the amount in that company or their products as well as indian government/system too. We are bounded as we have no money in our hand and they making fool us again and we are got stucked in the systems circular.

Till now its january end. The agent says the cheque will be received today tomorrow next day. But it is nearly 3 months gone no amount have been received. Both schemes are now mature and i am not well as my age is above 80 so it's hard for me to live life in this weather. I required money for my medicine and other for materials. I have taken sahara e shine bonds which can be submitted for pre closure as per the terms. On 08 jan 18 when i approached the sahar office located at kanpur, they refused to accept the certificate for redemption saying they are not going to be redeemed.

This is a complaint regarding sahara kanpur (Mall road r. O) office not accepting e shine policy bonds for redemptions.

They simply refused to accept the bonds and also said the refund not possible. Further the office is in process of winding down its operations.

Pls advise and help for redemption.

With reference to above, i was open the r. D. M-benefit account in your branch against a/c no. [protected] dt. 21.04.2011. The premium amount of r. D. Was rs. 3000.00 quarterly. I was deposited every premium amt within due date. When i was open this r. D. A/c your branch was mentioned the maturity amount will rs. 77500.00 (Approx) with interest @ 9.50% pa. But now, i received the maturity amt of rs. 73516.00 against ch. No. 009840 dt. 15.06.2016. This maturity amt is too short as per mentioned amount with due to calculate less rate of interest. So, we request you to please refund my balance maturity amount with calculate interest @ 9.50% pa instead of existing.
