Siemens Dryer
On contacting[protected] was directed to Bosch Service Center told them about Dryer not heating. Somebody came after some time 2 men came in. One gave him his name PARMAR [protected]. He saw the Dryer and the panel will have to be changed. which he changed and . I paid him Rs 9350/-

I have a siemens wm2020 a washing machine since 14 years. Fault developed that machine was making sound while running. Searched just dial found siemens service center pune 411038 close by. Tel [protected] with siemens web site mentioned. Called them provided fault details. Technician mahendra kumar (Mob [protected]) attended replaced drum for rs 9550. No sound observed. Next day observed water leakage from bottom tray, after running full cycle. He attended three times but did not solve the new problem and said he will bring another drum and fix.
Now he is responding, called on mob bill no. 1063 address khadki pune, no response. Checked provided bank account to make payment, it was warje pune. Given bosses name sunil and suresh but do not lift phone. Called siemens factory authorized service man and he declared drum faulty and duplicate. Hence can not attend. I am at total loss with this fraud co. The owner understand to be one shantilal ramanlal parmar and sunil may be his son. All fraud.

same facing to me
The service ace fraud...! They are using name of LG, saying they are engineer of LG and making fool to customers. Also they are taken 400 Rs charges from me of visiting and said Rs. 6000 for repairs. So, people be aware from them, I am attaching his photo and number [protected], [protected]

This is fraud service center, we are going through the same issue paid 6000 for refrigerator repair but the problem has not solved and no one is responding the call.
I urge everyone to file a complaint at consumer court as, I did the same, hopefully many others will be saved.

fraud company claiming repairs of lg products

I had approached lg through a website number for repair of my refrigerator in apr 2018 since it had stopped cooling. A technician mr. Sunil, claiming to be authorized lg representative visited my address and repaired the same. He gave me a bill of 3550/- with a warranty of 1year on the part changed. My refrigerator developed the same fault on 7th jan 2019 for which i approached the same company (Against whom i am registering the complaint) to fix it since it is under warranty. Mr. Sunil has been giving false assurances of sending his representative but no one has come so far despite chasing him for a complete day. Today he has stopped answering my calls also.
Kindly help in getting my money refunded as i have to again pay for the repair.

complaint for tv repair done by mr. amarjeet

I got the tv technitian no. Through asklaila.com and my lg led tv was repair by sai service center boriwali technitian name mr. Amarjeet mob no. [protected]. After repair amarjeet given me 6 month warranty that in case of problem he will do the work. After 10 days same fault occur in tv. Till then i am regularly calling him but he not picking the call.

fake unauthorized service center in pune

Hi, i had the problem with my front loading washing machine and was told by the service technician that motherboard is wrong and need to be replaced. He charged rs. 7650. He gave a fake bill without pan/tan or gst number and got alarmed and contacted lg, and lg responded that they are not authorized by them. This is a big racket in the pune operating and need to be curbed. I am attaching the bill and response from the lg. Now i am not sure if they replaced the genuine motherboard and it really cost that much.
Please be aware of sai service center representative.

fridge repairing

My fridge was not cooling, i complaint lg customer care (Toll free no. Found in google/trucaller) by hard luck, it was a fake call center so instead of company technician, a local technician form sai service center came to repair the fridge.
He changed censer and timer socket and took 3200/-, including 350/- visiting charge.
Problem still persist even after repair, called so many times but the shop, manager and technician not responding...
Every alternate day i called them but they don't pick up the phone...
It is a total fraud service center...

My fridge was not cooling, i called whirlpool service center [protected], which is a private service center, spoke to customer care manager Mr jeetendra . He forwarded the complaint to Sai Service Center

They are a fake centre that behaves as if they are registered one and provide a bill for that. They charged 2600 for washing machine repair, which failed to work for more than a day. Afterwards, they stopped picking our calls.

We also face the same problem.it is fake service center. They have sent local technician. He changed fridge part without informing us and charged 2800 for relay +400 rs service charge. When I asked them why did not ask me before changing part..They said we came from authorized samsung service center and all.They have given receipt. We called owner using different no and asked part price and he said it's 800rs.tThen we explain what happened and how his technician charged higher price to us.After that he cut the phone and did not receive our call.we call customer care and lady who received call was very rude, did not ready to listen anything, i asked her to transfer my call ti her manager she simple refused that and i heard that some one is promoting her.i have registered complaint to original samsung service center and ask them to take strict action on sai service center Akurdi and technician was pretending that he came from authorized service center. We really want to take some action against such fake center. please let us know if any one has any way to proceed further.
It's a fake service center and I have experienced the same and given 3600 RS but the problem persist ..
These ### did the same with me charged 4000 and problem remains the same
I faced the same issue today and they charged 4000 rs for a part which actually cost 600. I have given them two days time to refund the money or else will go for a police complaint against the fraudsters as well as a consumer court complaint as suggested by a lawyer friend of mine.
A man named Deepak changed motor of dryer and belt and charged 6010. But dryer does not work. Have been calling since 2 days and he says he is in Mumbai. Call center number is [protected].
