Hello sir, I bought samsung fully automatic washing machine in 2020.nowadays I see some problems in machine.its taking too longer from selected timing.plz send someone to see whats wrong with machine.

I had purchased Samsung machine on Tuesday 15th June for almost a week I havent recieved a technican. I have been following up with samsung and Vijays but no update.

I have purchased a Samsung Full Automatic Top loading washing machine.(Model WA80K6SEG/XTC,Serial Number W0185ZCXC00856W) in Feb 05.
I was facing problem in running the WM so I have logged a call with Samsung Service center on 30.04.2010 (BP Number : [protected]).Theirengineer has visited(02.05.2010) and told me that Machine Body needs to be replaced as body is damage from bottom.
Their was no call from service center side so I have called up at service center on 04.05.2010.They told me that WM body is not available in stock so they will arrange for some local arrangement,Which will take 10-15 days.
I have very good reputation of Samsung services in my mind that is why I have purchased Samsung WM,Refrigerator & AC. As 5 year time is not very long so that a company can discontinue the service support to particular product.
Whenever I am calling their call center they give me reply that their are taking my call on priority and they will send engineer today.

Non availability of spare parts
Sir ,
I bought the Samsung Washing machine 4yrs ago , now it is giving the problem that it is not taking water automatically. When the machine send to M.S. Enterprises Khalsa Mohalla Dharam pura Bazar , Patiala for repair they repair &charge 930/-as the drain motor cost and labour cost. Machine was delivered at my place but it was again giving the same problem ,then it was send again to the above mentioned service centre. Now they are saying that this machine is outdated(modelno:wa75kveg/xtl) and spare parts of this machine will not be available with co. also. The machine is scrap . My complaint isthat thelife of samsung machine is only of 4 yrs? My machine should be repaired at the earliest and i shiould be compensated for the harassment that I underwent

samsung washing machine fully automatic — availability of parts
I have a problem with samsung washimg machine the eng came and checked and told drum has to be changed and it i wihin the warrenty period comp no 1027 registered in pondy.But it is almost a month the replacement has not been made nor any action taken it shows ther poor customer care.Everytime i call the eng ganesh in chennai he tells he vl enquire and get back to mebut even once he has responded i think samsung is satisfied with exixting customer and not interested in any potential customer. Product Demo
I had purachased a fully automatic washing machine of SAMSUNG from your authorised dealer M/s. Vasanth & Co, Tambaram, Chennai Branch on 26.10.2008.
The product was delivered on 3rd Nov. 2008 only. I fell it is too late.
I don't know how to operate it. Technical Person has not come for demo till now.
Hence please arrange to send your technical person immediately.
I await your immediate service on this regard.

Shortage of PCB
Sir,
It would be really bad to inform you that, I am suffering from proper servicing as well as maintenance issues of my fully automatic Samsung Washing machine. (Sr. No: 0102590W901377, model No: WA75N6EG/XTZ) .
My machine has some startup problem. As I switched it on, Some LED’s in front panel (viz. Fuzzy, Wash, Rinse, Spin) glows ON and remains in same state. Later on nothing is happening from machine end.
Respected Sir, I have already launched complaint regarding same issue to respective authorized service person for Ratnagiri region, state – Maharashtra. (Details of service person, entertained me for this issue on dated 20 June 2008, is furnished below of this mail.)
Sir, this process is going on from last 2 months on weekly basis and every time I am getting the same answer as “PCB is faulty and is currently not available”. I would like to know that is there really a shortage of PCB of same make??? If so, please give me a way out of this issue.
Sir, please keep your kind attention to my issue, as I along with my wife are service person and its rainy days here in my town. So it’s really hard and hectic for me to keep my daily scheduled activities in smooth flow.

MY SMSUNG WASHING MACHINE PURCHASES IN 1999 JULY, STOPED WORKING. COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED IN JULY. TECHINISION RETURNED OFFERING TO REPAIR WHEN SPARES (PCB) RECEIVED. LATER THEY INFORMED OVER TELEPHONE THAT THE SPARE IS NOT AVAILABLE. Samsung Washing Machine — No response from Bangalore Service center
Registration No : [protected] dated 13.01.2011I have bought a Samsung Washing machine (top loading fully automatic) 2 years back (Nov 2008).
Exactly after 2 years it has started giving problem. When we make a complaint to Samsung call center[protected], they dont even respond to the call. This time again I have made a complaint to Samsung on 13th Jan 2011 and the response came on the 3rd day says they are on holiday and only 5th Day (17th ) their service engineer will have a visit.
Once you have bought a Samsung product you are at the mercy of these service people if anything go wrong.
We should boycott such MNC products and buy Indian products were service is good
