A new school named SPARK SCHOOL at Sitala, Mahanad, P.O. Meghsar, P.S. – Polba, Dist. – Hooghly. West Bengal. 712148,under Society Registration Act XXI of 1860 number, S/553/SDM/NW/2011 is functioning in an unethical way that keeps a new group of admitted pupils under uncertainty as the promise of providing quality education is severely breached. First, it has recruited some people as teachers though they are academically and professionally not qualified and they are creating a mess at school without caring for the education of the students and thus it dissatisfies a sizable section of guardians and local people. On the other hand, the CEO is sacking and terminating the genuine, experienced and good teachers whimsically in the mid-term keeping their families in financial troubles and without caring for the employment ethics though it is bound to the Indian Government as it receives aid from government through the society called Society for Promotion of Academic Research and Knowledge under Government of India Society Registration Act. Again, the CEO, Prof. A. Bose, overlooks or may be supporting the use of low grade building materials for construction that may crumble any time endangering the life of prospective students. The CEO suspiciously wants to hide the misappropriation of fund and he sacks innocent teachers on some suspicion that the secret may be public. This school project is an example of grievous offence and irresponsibility from the end of the Society CEO. This school fails to prove to be a socially beneficial project for local or community development. As it receives grant from government as it is a registered society under the Hon’ble Govt. Of india, it should be more caring and responsible to the hard-working teachers, prospective students and guardians or this society registration should either be cancelled or legal measures should be taken to change CEO or members of society.

i am a 12th standard student of SARVODAYA CENTRAL VIDYALAYA ,TRIVANDRUM,KERALA.. i am being force to write this complaint against Mr.CHERIAN PANICKER (PRINCIPAL) so as to inform one of the worst incident that have happened on the last day.since his arrival to our school , all are being tortured very very worsly by the misbehavior of our principal,he appears very worsly and uses very indecent, culture-less language to the students and to our parents,he shows very rude behavior to the students in-front of all students.This had made great scars on many parents mind.he uses very culture-less words about the students even in-front of their parents.last day one 9th standard student of our school have been reported to the principal for a slight misbehavior,rather than counciling him to a good citizen .he bursted off his anger and his unpolished words,brought his parents to school and created an issue there..he unable to survive the principals scolding's ,he SUICIDED LAST DAY.HE HANGED ON HIS ROOM..today was his funeral,i have been writing this after coming from his funeral..,his parents lost their son,we lost our friend,the pain in our mind cannot be expressed in words.we the students all beg to the cbse board for taking a proper action against this pricipal..

We are resident of Rohini, Sector-3, G-27 block and in front of our houses there is a school named Abinav Public School. The director and principal of the school were both using thier property as a barat ghar which is the major problem for the residents. The fireworks and all other things used by the time is the problem of the electricity pole blast.

I hope u take this matter at the most urgent.

This is with reference to Admission fees submitted in Indus Valley School noida. We have deposited an amount of 33000 as Admission fees of My Ward Arnav Bhatt for nursery for session 2011-12.

We have cancelled the Admission and have asked for the refund of refundable components like the Activity Fee of 6000 RS as the Child has not joined the school therefore will not be a part of any activities conducted in school.Tution fee should be refunded. Every school refunds a certain amount after deducting certain amount. I would request you to take action for the refund of certain amount as our's is also hard earned money. Kindly do the needfull.

I wanted to know that your education department has closed all the schools which are unauthorised and even don't have affiliation i.e. the schools which are opened just in homes or somewhere else on rent for just earning money. But now also there are some schools which are going on without any registration/ affiliation. I wanted to tell you about two schools i.e. R. S. Golden Public School, Bhainsa Tibba, Mansa Devi, Sector - 4, Panchkula and another one is Rashtriya vidya public school which is also in the same place. The prinicpal of the first school name is Mrs. Babita Anand and principal of second school is Mrs. Uma Sharma. I request you to see the matter. I am sure that the first school i.e. R. S. Golden public school, doesn't have any affiliation that's 100% sure. Earlier this school was in Indra colony, Manimajra, then you made a notice that the unrecognised schools will be closed so they opened in Bhainsa tibba, MDC.

So i request you that please look into the matter and give them the punishment because this school is in progress from 3 years.

Hi, This is regarding the right a child of 7 years to get education in school.My sister's child is 7 years old and has autism.But he can speak/write properly with a little guidence of teacher.As per his doctor and therapist he can study in a normal school.He studied in a normal school for last 4 years.But now the school is not helping the child to study properly in school and not taking care of the child even though they know the child has disability.When the child need attention they are not making him involved in any school activities and now they failed him in all the subjects and forcing the parents to take the child from school.

As far as I know, as per our Indian education system all children have right to get education.
Please help us.

Dear Sir,

I applied for the addmission of my son Master Parth Jain vide admission no. 3798 in class nursery in DLF Public School,Sector II, Rajender Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad for academic year commencing from April 2010 which is yet to be started in next year.

However due to some circumstances, I requested the school to cancel the admission of Master Parth Jain. Hence, I requested the school to refund the registration fees of Rs.32500/- . But, as per the school the security of Rs. 3,000/- will only be refunded.

Being middle class family can't afford the same. Hence, requesting the school to refund the complete amount of Rs. 32,5000/-.

The schools are the places where the children go and get education and other curriculum activities and sports. but it is seen that some schools which are located in residential areas, i.e. streets, are granted permission to operate as schools which are not having sufficient space and grounds. Eg. Brilliant primary school and Parvati devi school was in street no. 2 of limdalane, Rajputpara, Jamnagar and now high school building are granted in the same or nearby street causing hardships to the residents of that particular local areas. Parking of vehicles and noise etc. disturbs the other residents of that area. It is just to seek clarification as to whether there is any criteria of allowing such schools having no grounds or sufficient space to function as primary and secondary schools.

i am computer faculty teacher at Govt. High.School,lehal(gurdaspur). your engineer surinder kapoor come to attend the complaint of computer 0n 7/1/2010.and during repair of computers he had broken the Harddisks pins of 2 harddisks and also 1sata connector lead during repair.He installed the cd writer but it does not get installed properly and we asked him to correct the sound problem of computers .but he doesnot care .so irequest you to please replace the 2 harddisks and also 1sata connector lead and also the above problems .i shall be very thankful to you.

When I have admitted my son then they said the monthly fee as RS 560/- for KG-I but after the admission procedure is completed they suddenly raised the fee to RS 1200/- per month. After several complain from guardians and after one-day school strike they only reduce the fee by RS 50/-. Guardian coordinator Majeet Singh is a 3rd class and selfish person who were absent in the school-guardian meeting. His daughter also read in that institution and as a ‘population of face’ based principle always gets high marks from the so-called mentors of the school. But what about the others? Recently, the school has furnished the classrooms with computer screen based board with some teaching software. But the teachers are nearly impotent with calculators so how would they shutdown the computer if it is started by chance? Furthermore, for the sake of the teachers each teacher is given with a laptop, the money of which has been sucked from our pocket. Are these justified?
