Unauthorized Scrap Shop causing trouble in Residential Area

Subject :- Complaint against unauthorized Scrap Shop running in residential area .
I would like to draw your attention towards a Scrap shop (B-260 Indra Nagar, Nanda Road, Near Adarsh Nagar Metro Station Gate 2) in our residential area Adarsh Nagar.
The activities of the said scrap dealer are getting more active with eah passing day. Many scrap rickshaw pullers gather here for entire day and sell out the stolen articles.
From early morning till late night, scrap workers keep on beating hammers to demolish the metal parts and old scrap, which causes big noise pollution all day around, also this causes strong vibrations in the vicinity. He keeps beating refrigerators, metal drums, computer monitors, other metal objects whole day incessantly. It causes lot of trouble to children and elderly. It distrubs study of our children and doesn't let them sleep properly.
He is also involved in the process of cutting and demolishing theft vehicles. Please look into the matter as soon as possible as the area has become very dirty and ugly. There is risk of spread of dengue due to water collected in scrap and filth. He also keeps his rickshaws filled with scrap all around. We can't park our own vehicles because of this.
Place has also become so shabby that our customers and guests feel bad, visiting our premises. Businesses in vicinity are badly affected.
Scrap business should not be run in a residential area, but this scrap dealer seems to be fearless as he threats others to report incident to authorites. He says "May sabko paisa khilata hoon"
Local authorities come and take bribe frequently from the scrap dealer and keep their eyes closed.
Keeping in view of the above points i kindly request to have a team visit the site sometime in evening to observe and take action against the scrap shop owner.

I would like to draw your attention towards an illegal scrap shop in front of my house. Please look into the matter as soon as possible as the area has become very dirty and too many mosquitoes and rats have come because of the shop. There is risk of spreading dengue due to water collected in scrap .No one is taking an action against it. The owner has let it out and he is staying in a different locality. Chain smoker addict people gather here for the entire day and sell the theft articles and they also block the road.
