I have placed order worth around 25k for cctv camera and other accessories, on 10 december, till now there is no response whether order will be fulfilled or not. There is no response to my email, calls and messages. Phone number always switched off.

Around two years back i have purchased 2 cctv camera with accessories, at that time they delivered promptly. Hence i have ordered higher specification cctv cameras as per my new requirement.

Kindly advise how to cancel this order and amount refunded immediately.

I have order ups power back up from https://securitysystemstore.in online and got confirmation email about my order but i got no order received yet.
My order id is sstor2185in.
They have tracking system in the web site which is fake one. The emails they send is also auto generated by kit crm (Check google), they are complete fraud. No email response, no phone call they attend.
I have lodge fir against them in cyber crime cell.

I have ordered for 4 security cameras worth rs.12336/-.
Model :hikvision ds-2ce1ad0t-it5f (2mp) fullhd exir bullet camera (80mtr) × 4
Order placed on 3 dec 2018.

After so many follow ups, got 2 cameras on jan 24 2019.

Its more than 4 months now.

Received only 2 cameras out of 4 cameras. Yet to receive 2 cameras.

Its prepaid order. They are not responding to calls and whatsapp messages.

If i call from one number, next time i am unable to connect to customer care.

Dear sir,

I purchased cctv cameras and hard drive from this website worth rupees 20878.00. I paid for this on feburary 27th, but still they not sent me one of the items (4tb hard disk sata surveillance (Wd purple / seagate) worth rupees 9728.00. And also not receiving my messages and calls. If i call from new number they will receive and they tell me to send the item immediately, after that my calls from that number will also not get answered. No email response. Please help what should i do. They are telling i has sent the item and gave the courier number, but that is for one item sir, other item of worth 9728.00 has not been sent to me till now. Please take action of my complaint. I have to receive my hard drive worth 9728.00.
I uploaded 2 proof they only stated order partially fulfilled, you can check in there website also sir, i beg you to take some action against them and do the needful.
I ordered this for my newly built house. Order no: sstor1988in mob: [protected] [protected]@securitysystemstore.in please go through my uploaded photos. (Partially executed order). They are providing courier details of one item, other they have to send sir.
